Quaint somewhat rustic house
Great host and very responsive. Overall the house was acceptable although smaller than what we expected for 4 people. The only bathroom although spacious is upstairs. Double and queen beds are both comfortable. Although the house has been renovated it shows its age with its squeaky floors. Kitchen well equipped, has wine glasses and a bonus wine bottle from the owners.

Girls trip in Kingston
The house is exactly as advertised, plus very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. We were greeted with a personalized welcome note from the hosts and a lovely package of treats! The house is cozy and comfortable with everything we needed provided for us. It is also in a nice neighbourhood just a short walk from the vibrant Kingston downtown area. Thank you so much to our hosts for such a lovely stay! We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic location, great hosts, cute home
We really enjoyed the place and the welcome gifts. Listing was accurate. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything you may need. Place was clean and that's what made the stay even more enjoyable. Would I return, definitely. Hosts were very helpful and willing to assist if anything was requested. Great communication. Thank you for sharing your home.

Easy parking, 25 minute walk to downtown and grocery store, clean and comfortable house… Kayla our host was immediately responsive in our communications with her, she was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again!

Charming house, great neighbourhood. The hosts thoughtfully provide all kinds of useful stuff -- the kitchen is unusually well-equipped for a short-term rental. Would definitely rent again!

Great stay at the Inn on Pine
Our family of 5 really enjoyed the 3 nights we spent in this very clean and well appointed rental. The owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and checked in on us throughout our stay.... we will definitely return if we are back in the area.

Wonderful Stay!
We loved our stay with our 4 year old daughter and French Bulldog puppy and it was the perfect place for us! We were in Kingston to celebrate a friend’s birthday and our wedding anniversary and the location was perfect for a walk downtown and easy access to the highway. The house itself is bright and clean. We were greeted with some delicious cookies from a local bakery and some wine which was so appreciated! The beds were also very comfortable and the backyard was great for our pup. Overall we highly recommend and would stay again next time we’re visiting Kingston! Kayla and Rick are wonderful hosts thank you so much!

Great little place downtown Kingston
We just loved our little VRBO house in Kingston. It was a great downtown location and Kayla and Rick could n't have been nicer or more accommodating. Great parking spot, charming lay out, spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was really comfy ! Thank you Kayla and Rick !!!

Perfect for a weekend away!
Had a great stay at this lovely private home on a quiet street! Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well appointed with all the tools needed to make a lovely meal with my Mom and sister. Also appreciated the treats left by the host. What a lovely touch! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was a delightful refuge in a good part of he city, close to everywhere we had to go. It was exactly as pictured and our hosts were wonderfully responsive. We arrived to find a lovely welcoming gift basket with snacks and wine what a nice surprise! The home was cozy and comfortable with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay. it is a quick walk to downtown to access restaurants and the water or you have everything you need to cook at home. The beds were so comfy with lots of fresh thick towels and environmentally sustainable bathroom supplies and toiletries. Cozy outdoor sitting area and yard if you choose to spend time outdoors We loved it would return for sure.

Nicely renovated property with many nice touches such as wine and snacks to welcome us , shampoo and body wash provided. The kitchen was very well appointed. Convenient location about 30 minutes to the harbour ferry.
