What can i say, everythi g about this property was A no issues at all Hist was available anytime any thing arose, which there was none Clean roomy perfectly furnished, and the snacks left for guests were touche'Highly recommended for any trip to kingstonPlease do stop at Mikhail's you wont regret it

From start to end I give this stat a 5 star rating. Host dealt with a small issue promptly with no issue. Upon entering apartment I was amazed at the level of decor and comfort. Perfect size for myself but I would say at least 3 people could stay there comfortably. I’ve stayed in many apartments over the years all over the island and this apartment tops them by far.

Certainly A Gem!
The host Mikhail was very attentive, professional and respectful. The studio unit interior was just simply immaculate and welcoming. This place was just superb. I cannot think of anymore adjectives that would describe the beauty of the interior. The host Mikhail did an amazing job when putting together this studio unit. New Kingston Gem in Indeed
Excellent property lead to an excellent stay. Started off with the security who were very helpful. Communication was key and it showed here. From the courtesy basket to the utensil layout in the cupboard to the layout of refreshments in the refrigerator and the first thing that came to mind was the host. It is indeed a gem in kingston and would stay there again. From what I have seen when researching based on pictures there were not staged or edited. Love it so much we extended our stay. It felt like home. Thanks for accommodating host.

Stay Awhile is Home away from home
The condo is very spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. When we entered, there was classical music playing for us (of which my family are classical music listeners). In addition, the personal touches that were prepared for us were very thoughtful. Communication with our host was a breeze. The security guards were warm and friendly and on point in identifying who goes in and out. Lastly, the kindness of the host towards my family will never be forgotten. Wonderful experience
I appreciate how comfortable I was in this Air bnb. I was in Jamaica for a family event with my twin girls so I was worried about a few things, including safety's since my husband wasn’t going to be with us. My host was swift with his responses and reassuring. We got to the air bnb and were greeted with a very clean and welcoming space. I had to call my host because teenagers need WiFi and I couldn’t remember the WiFi info, and again I had swift response. My overall stay was very pleasant. I would definitely “stay a while” at the same location next time I visit Jamaica.

Wish We Could Stay a A While Longer
This was my first time using Vrbo and I'm so glad that our stay at "Stay A While" made for a pleasant first experience. The host was super responsive to messages. Most importantly- the property was clean, beautifully decorated, secure and centrally located...we even walked to a nearby lounge from the property for a night out! The host provided some complimentary snacks, water, tea, and coffee which was a nice touch. The property also has a water tank which came in handy during scheduled water lock-offs (a current nationwide concern in Jamaica at the time of my travels)...this allowed for a stress-free stay and not having to worry about not having water to shower. The next time I'm in Kingston, I will be rebooking. I highly recommend that you book this property for your stay!

Place exceptionally nice, l booked it twice!
Whenever I go on holidays, I want the place where I stay to be as great as my home or exceed it. I absolutely loved this apartment. It was very easy to find, centrally located in a relatively quiet area of New Kingston, gated, with security so I felt very safe at all times. It was close to many shops, restaurants and attractions, on foot or by car. The check-in process was crystal clear and communicating with the host Mikhail was seamless. He is courteous, very accommodating and responds promptly to all queries. The apartment was cosy, immaculately clean, spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. The complimentary snacks, tea, coffee and water was such a thoughtful and very welcomed touch. It was refreshing to see that the place looks exactly as the photos on the website. It had everything you needed to feel at home away from home. I immediately booked the apartment again for the rest of my stay, when I returned from the Northcoast. The only one thing I would've liked was anti-scratch cooking utensils, so the metal ones don't scratch the beautiful pots [😊]. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kingston. Thank you Mikhail.

Within a few days of my initial stay, I immediately booked an additional 4 days for the "return to Kingston" portion of the trip. Returning from the north coast, I liked that I could arrive late into the night and have ease of access. The complimentary snacks, tea,coffee and my favourite-hot chocolate and bottles of water in the refrigerator are well appreciated. I took note also that the unit was refreshed with different items... kitchen towel, sofa pillows and bathroom mats. Thumbs up !! For this second leg of my trip, my brother and his wife returned with us to Kingston. Its great having two bedrooms/ two bathrooms. That worked out very well- no one stumbled over each other. I made a few trips by car and on foot some days to a nearby supermarket. Wealso Made a walking visit to Emancipation Park and checked out the various social activities. Bob Marley Museum, Devon House and Hellshire beach were visited. An additional day was added to the reservation due to flight cancellation and luckily the unit was available.yeah!!! I had a situation where I needed to re enter the unit after checkout time. The access code was now expired so I had to think fast. I sent a message to the host through the VRBO App and within 5 minutes, my phone rang, I got a temporary access code...the world was good again. The process works. On a final note, I genereally make reservation is stages so that if I dont like a property, then I can simply move along. For the future, New KGN Gen it will be
