"Positives: great location, kitchen equipment well stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable furnishings, nice to be able to sit outside and watch the trains go by. Negatives: problems with plumbing in bathroom, ie flexible shower just dribbled, when WC is flushed water runs from the bath tap and can be tricky to get it to stop. "the rooms were very nice and clean, the downside was on the days that the weather was bad, we were cold, the little heater in the sitting room did not warm up the room. The window in the kitchen was open and was too high to reach and close. The shower stall could do with some sort of mat to prevent anyone slipping and hurting themselves. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The hallway and stairs to our room was always clean."

"The accommodation was clean, cosy and comfortable. Good facilities and the hosts were extremely helpful and very friendly. Excellent communication and information. In a quiet location within a few minutes of the town centre. Parking was a little tight and required some manoeuvring but not too bad once established. Overall, a nice property and a good base for visiting obey and surrounding area."

"We have had a great time staying at the Garden Suite in Rhuddlan. Exactly how it’s described on line, a little home from home with everything you need for a break away. The hot tub was a bonus!! There were bicycles as well but we didn’t use them and we had full use of the large back garden. It was ideal as we had our little dog with us.would definitely stay there again. "

"The accommodation was very poor standard. The small bedroom had no electricity except for overhead light. Situation of bed meant no access to bedside table in that room.
