"This place was incredible! We typically stay on the west side of the UP, but decided this year to try the east and we were not disappointed. "The place was very beautiful. Lakes superior was the cleanest lake I ever seen. No smog the air was fresh and nature all around. Big forest out there. The nature places that we went to go visit just beautiful the house had everything in it that we needed. The dog love the place, especially lakes superior. "We liked the location for walkability, and it was a quiet neighborhood. Would have liked proper curtains for privacy. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would also be nice, as well as a nightlight in the bathroom. The bathroom light fixture was much too low for us tall folks. The dining room chairs fit a little too tightly to be comfortable."

"Beautiful home and area. Only stayed for two nights and wished we had booked more. Loved the house and loved being on the lake. Great being able to see the Mackinaw bridge from the shore. Fireworks on St. Ignace on Saturday night was a great surprise. This is definitely on our "Let's do this again" list."

"My family of four plus our two doggies enjoyed our week stay in this gorgeous home for our first trip to Michigan! The view couldn’t be beat! We could see Mackinac Island in the distance. The home was well-stocked with all your basic needs plus some extras. We enjoyed having the kayaks. While it was in a small town, we were able to drive 20 min or less to get to good food and historic sites. "
