"We have stayed here twice now - and was more then pleased with everything on the first visit, on the second we had a room facing the car park and not the marina as last time, so that was a little bit disappointing. Also a gas pipe on the wall outside kept making noise thruout the night."

The hot weather was an issue in the bedrooms - three rooms were stifling and as a listed building air conditioning was not allowed to be fitted apparently.
