Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est magnifique et tres bien équipée. La vue mer est superbe et l'orientation ouest permet d'assister chaque soir au coucher du soleil.La piscine et le jaccuzi sont top !!Karl est très sympathique.Attention, la villa est isolée et un véhicule est obligatoire.

Séjour de rêve au calme

Après une semaine de roadtrip, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au calme et en pleine nature. La villa est magnifique et tres bien équipée. La vue mer est superbe et l’orientation ouest permet d’assister chaque soir au coucher du soleil en sirotant un verre entre amis au bord de la piscine. Attention, la villa est isolée et un véhicule est obligatoire pour faire les courses et explorer la région.

Superbe villa

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit

Die Lage des Hauses an der Westküste ist von herrlichen Ausblicken auf das Meer mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen und weiteren Urlaubsvillen geprägt. Das Preisniveau der Tavernen hat sich hier dem der Villen angeglichen. Windig ist es hier öfter. Das Haus selbst ist etwas älter aber schön und sauber.

Idyllic and peaceful

Stunning villa in gorgeous location. Quiet and peaceful, plenty of lovely outdoor spaces to relax in sun or shade. Views of olive groves and sea everywhere and lots of beautiful beaches and bays within easy reach. Generally very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Host was very helpful and we were able to access local support from Keramoti villas who brought a pump for our low tyre. Overall experience was great and we would definitely return to this villa in the future. The temperature indoors was a little on the warm side even with air conditioning, but once p we’d acclimatised, it felt fine. A spatula/wooden spoon of some sort for cooking would be good, there was excellent kitchen equipment but oddly this was missing, and perhaps a few more basic essentials on arrival would be a nice touch.

Exceptional villa

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Helios. The villa was extremely clean with wonderful sea views and in a very peaceful location. The owner, Karl, was very prompt replying to any queries and provided us with very detailed instructions of how to reach the villa along with lots of information on places to eat and visit.

Villa Helios is a wonderful property, very well designed and equipped, with a fantastic panoramic view out to sea (and therefore wonderful sunsets) and a glorious pool and jacuzzi. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Super Haus in phantastischer Lage

Das Haus ist ein Traum mit einem sensationellen Ausblick und einem fast 13 m langem Pool. Ein Fahrzeug ist allerdings notwendig, um zum Strand oder zum Essen zu kommen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Taverne Lefteris in Kampos(ca. 10 min).Den wunderbaren Strand von Kedrodasos (neben dem oft überfüllten Elafonisi) erreicht man über Livadia in einer halben Stunde.

Wonderful location

We stayed in the nearby Keramoti villas in 2013. The views, the peace and tranquillity brought us back again but this time to Helios. Helios is bigger and more luxurious. All bedrooms are large and well furnished. The master bedroom on the first floor is superb with its bath tub by the window and it’s only large balcony. The living room and kitchen area are very spacious and well equipped. Of course we spent most of our time outside enjoying the large terrace and pool and that view. Early morning and sunset were some of the most beautiful times. There is no light pollution so the stars as so clear and we saw a super moon. The nearby beaches are rocky but you can easily find your way in for a deep water swim. The small fisherman’s port 1.5km down to the north below Villa Magical View is excellent for a dip after a walk or run. We found the beach on from Elafonisos called Kedrodasos to be the best albeit a trek through a rocky path to get there. Well worth it. Beautiful and not commercialised. We didn’t go far afield to eat and the food can be a bit limited but there is good fish at the Sunset Fish at Sfinari and Taverna Lefteris in Kampos is very good. Make sure you load up at Lidl in Chania though as local supermarkets are limited.

Wundervolle Auszeit in perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist noch toller als man es auf den Bildern erahnen kann. Der Ausblick aufs Meer, die Lage inmitten der Ruhe, die Ausstattung und Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir ärgern uns, dass wir nur so kurz da waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wunderschöne Villa

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa, diese ist für sechs Personen perfekt und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die meiste Zeit haben wir uns auf der Sonnenterrasse mit Pool aufgehalten, von dort aus kann man am Abend wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Der Strand Elafonisi ist 20 Autominuten entfernt, hier kann man tolle Strandtage verbringen und schnorcheln. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist 45 Autominuten entfernt, die nächste große Stadt Chania ca. 90 Minuten, die Fahrzeit kommt einem allerdings nicht so lang vor, weil man damit beschäftigt ist die Aussicht zu bestaunen. Die Villa ist mit ein paar weiteren Villen sehr ruhig gelegen. Wenn der Wind richtig steht, kann man auch das Meeresrauschen hören. Wir waren begeistert und würden wiederkommen. Danke auch für die gute Betreuung und die Informationen vom Gastgeber.

Fantastic stay in stunning location

Beautiful villa with stunning views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Gorgeous, big pool - big enough for laps - and a jacuzzi with a view as well. Loved the setting in the rugged landscape of Western Crete, very quiet and felt detached from the normal hustle and bustle of tourists, hotels & busy beaches (though you can drive to one if you really want to!) Lovely restaurants within 15- 20mins drive - and a fully equipped kitchen & bbq if you want to stay in and have dinner watching the sun go down. Karl was very prompt in responding and full of helpful information, and Niovi was very kind, bringing a load of shopping supplies from Kissomos. Absolutely loved my time here - beautiful, peaceful, luxurious!

Abgeschiedenheit und Luxus

Wir genossen mit unserer Familie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Luxus-Steinhaus. Abends beobachteten wir den Sonnenuntergang auf dieser unvergleichlichen Anhöhe und erfrischten uns im riesigen Pool. Alle drei Tage wurde das Haus und der Pool von einem zuvorkommenden und netten Personal gereinigt (frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher); uns wurde sogar ein Bringdienst (Lebensmittel aus Kissamos) angeboten. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

Perfect stay at Keramoti !

Perfect stay from all standpoints; the villa is amazing with a wonderful view on the sea. There is an amazing pool warmed if needed. Contacts with the owner were excellent, being pleasant and helpful on the whole process. He gave a lot of useful advices and was always available if needed. I recommend strongly spending time there if you like to be in a quiet and beautiful place. It was an amazing week close the beach of Elafonissi ! for sure, we will come back !

Villa con vista mozzafiato

La villa è bella e confortevole , si trova in una posizione molto bella e panoramica con una vista mozzafiato , anche se isolata e difficile da raggiungere. Ha soddisfatto tutte le aspettative anche se ha presentato qualche lacuna, quali la mancanza della lavatrice, la pulizia automatica della piscina che si è interrotta a metà settimana, la mancanza di informazioni sulla accensione delle luci esterne. Sarebbe stata auspicabile una maggiore presenza del gestore della casa, praticamente inesistente.

Great view and a lovely house

We had a great week. The house, garden and pool is very nice and the view is amazing. The only thing we missed a little bit was a supermarket near by, but there is a very nice restaurant near by where the food is very good.

Urlaub pur

Wir haben eine Woche im Juli in der Oase der Ruhe verbrach. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen. Die Ruhe war einmalig und es gab nichts schöneres, als ab dem späten Nachmittag auf der Sonnenterrasse zu sitzen, wenn die Sonne das Land in warme Farbtöne taucht und dann perfekt genau gegenüber langsam im Meer versinkt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und waren froh, trotz Hauptsaison Land und Meer ohne Hektik und "Menschenmassen" geniessen zu können. Das Haus ist super und auch der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Abschalten und Entspannung pur!

Wir können dieses Haus allen empfehlen, die ihre Ruhe in einer authentischen Landschaft suchen (Baden, Wandern, Mountainbiken etc.). Die Lage des Hauses garantiert einen schönen Sonnenuntergang und die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Wenn selber gekocht wird, unbedingt bei der Anreise den Grundstock einkaufen, da die Mini Markets in der näheren Umgebung eher bescheiden sind (15 - 40 Autominuten). Den Lieferservice für's Nachtessen können wir ebenfalls empfehlen (Bestellung am Vortag nötig!). Der grosse Pool verfügte über eine sehr gute Wasserqualität ohne Chlorgeruch). Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und alles funktionierte einwandfrei! Die Kontaktpersonen vor Ort waren sehr serviceorientiert und freundlich. Das Haus war zudem sehr sauber, wurde auch einmal gereinigt (in 1 Woche) und die (Bett-) Wäsche ausgetauscht. Fazit: Hier ist man fernab vom Massentourismus und wird - bei Bedarf - trotzdem gut umsorgt.

Wirkwaren sehr zufrieden gewesen ! Sehr toller Ort wo Mann sich entspannen kann und zur Ruhe kommt. Ausblick ist natürlich phänomenal!!! Sehr nette Menschen . Kreta ist für mich mit einer der Schönsten Inseln die ich kennengelernt habe ! Werde nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder kommen . Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße .

Amazing location, wonderful place, peaceful stay

The location is perfect for a peaceful stay in Crete. From there you can visit by car Elafonissi, Sfinari and Falasarna; also Balos. The house is exactly as showed in pictures, and it is really amazing. We loved it.

Super séjour ! Nous recommandons !

Belle et grande maison ! Nos 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) y ont passé un séjour parfait ! Calme, belle piscine, très belle vue... et à 20mn de la magnifique plage d'Elafonisi, une des plus belle plage de Crète (nous y allions presque tous les jours !). Vous êtes peut être loin de la civilisation (la première ville de Kissamos est à 1h), ici les restaurants viennent vous livrer vos repas (délicieux et pas cher !) et on trouve des supérettes à une 20aine de minute. Très bon service, le personnel qui s'occupe des différentes villas des environs, est assez réactif en cas de problème. Bref, nous recommandons ! Merci Karl !
