"Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). The rooms, dining room and pool were clean (although the rooms smelled a bit musty), the staff was super nice/polite/helpful, the breakfast was delicious (eggs, pancakes, samosa, yams, fresh fruit and coffee) and there is a restaurant for lunch/dinner as well. "This hotel was well presented, very safe, and the staff were friendly and professional. They were always willing to help - nothing was too much trouble. I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. "
