"This was our 5th year staying at OBX for Thanksgiving week and we just signed up for our 6th. Love the place! Each year brings surprises of upgrades that keep the property current and nice. The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes and the town of Duck is just down the street. Couldn't be better."

"We loved the house! The kids loved the pool, even tho it was cold (we wasn’t told there wasn’t pool heat available until a week before check in when I called to have it turned on and ready for our stay). Overall we had the best time and we will definitely be back again!"

"This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. "The house is even better than the pictures online. Well appointed, kitchen equipped with whatever you need. Most amazing views from the living area. Excellent response time from the hosts. "Very cute condo and very peaceful. We thought we were going directly though the owner and VRBO , we were wrong it was through Vacasa and not the owner . We got their Monday at 8:15 pm, after driving 9 hours , I had to clean the previous guest dishes that were still in the dishwasher dirty.
