Very nice apartment and beautiful beach.
Loved the beach and apartment was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t get tv’s to work. No laundry available in the building we stayed in. Coin operated machines were next door and there was no coin machine so you need to bring a lot of quarters if you want to do laundry.

Winter Break… sort of! :)
Had a fantastic week with my adult children! Unfortunately the weather was a crazy snow storm which was very ironic since we live in Buffalo, NY. But we made the most of the comfy condo! Played games, watched movies, cooked dinners in and braved the storm on the beach just to say we did! Thank You!

15th birthday
We were very pleased with our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday as well as our daughter's 15th birthday! The unit had everything that you could imagine from an immense movie library to board games. The only thing that I might mention is that the unit needs a severe deep clean.

Long weekend getaway
This was the perfect long weekend getaway. The condo was clean and easy to access. The kitchen was well equipped. The view was lovely. The furnishings were comfortable. The king mattress was really good - no complaints from the kids on the bunks. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you!!

Another wonderful fall getaway
This is probably our fifth stay at Ocean Breeze. We so enjoy this getaway trip and the condo. The location is excellent, the condo is well maintained and furnished, and it all just meets our needs perfectly. Everything is always so welcoming and we find it easy to quickly relax and unwind. We hope to return again and again.

Perfect Location
Our family of four had an amazing vacation at Ocean Breeze. It’s so close to everything- the boardwalk, shops, and most importantly- the beach! The assigned parking spot is right next to the stairway, which was especially helpful when unloading and loading the car. The pool and grounds were very clean. We saw someone cleaning and maintaining the property each morning. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved staying at Ocean Breeze. Being right on the beach was wonderful, as was having a pool right out front of our property. Duck has everything you could want - shops, restaurants, etc - and walking distance. Communications were great and check-in easy. We'd love to stay again!

Coastal Paradise
Ocean Breeze in Duck was a little slice of heaven! The description online is perfectly accurate and on point! Everything is as stated, but it's even better in person! Great parking space, beautiful ocean views, short walk to pool or beach, tastefully appointed interior with everything you'll need for meal prep and cozy accommodations for resting and relaxing. It is one of the nicest vacations we've ever had! Enjoyed the location close to town but tucked away from the main drag. Family atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect little getaway
We had such a lovely time at the Ocean Breeze Condo. It was clean and had all the cooking tools we needed. The condo is the perfect size for a couple, but there are bunk beds if you bring the kids. You just cant beat this location with the proximity to the beach and town of Duck. Just a few minutes walk to the sunrise! Coffee at Ducks Cottage was only a short 15 min walk away in the mornings, as well as shops and restaurants. We loved being able to make use of the community tennis courts and the pool as well. Beautiful stay, hope to be back soon!
