"The room didn't have a kettle. Also no plug sockets next to the bed. The room service breakfast that they provided didn't arrive on time and made my day late, the service from the manager was very poor and she was arrogant not worth the money"

"Really liked this hotel.Great location, cheap parking nearby, lovely staff and the communal areas smell amazing! The bed was very soft, which I like. I knocked off a star as the room although clean, needs a refresh. Shower tray has seen better days."
