"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "Alex is a very nice host and the flat lives up to its promise. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen and living room. The location is also very good. Very nice and quiet residential area but with bus and underground in 30-40 minutes in the centre. Supermarket, cafés and restaurants are even within walking distance. "

"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"Accommodations was not what it was supposed to be.The unit was clean there was still food in fridge and someone’s clothes still in unit plus the bed was very uncomfortable and no tv for past time. The communication with agency was not short and not very clear. The floor we stayed on smelt of smoke/weed and LOUD party starting from 9pm to 5pm the next day the music was loud which made it difficult to sleep."
