"I was in Northern Ireland for a combination of business and pleasure that would take me to Belfast. Donegal, Banbridge, Portrush, and more. This place was perfectly located to serve as a central location. The house was clean, comfortable, warm, and inviting. The owner was absolutely delightful and responsive to my communications. Best of all, the owner really prepares for guests in a manner that demonstrates how welcome you are to stay there."

"The “newly refurbished “ Victorian courtyard has great potential! A clean and quiet accommodation with modern on-suite rooms in the recently renovated carriage-house area of a beautiful estate. Great start! Unfortunately, poor access to hot water, a dis-jointed kitchen with only a microwave/hot plate and kettle with sink in another room and poor quality mattress/pillows ….all situated next to the wafting smells of the cattle yard. A great possibility but it needs more work to be a quality...

"The history of the cottage transformation in photos was amazing! It is clear the property owners are proud of their work and have paid great attention to detail. "Very pleaasant property well situated centrally for touring Northern Ireland. We spent a day in Belfast, which was an easy drive. Similar distance to Derry. We ended up changing plans and spending a day on the property and in the nearby village on the Lough Neagh shore, which allowed us to have a memorable, yet relaxing day mid-holiday."

"Our stay in Magherafelt was lovely in every way. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Our hosts, Siobhan and John, were simply wonderful. "House was great. Well appointed, nice bedrooms, etc. But the photos & description said nothing about the fact their building a huge wedding venue on top of the old stables. Rather disappointed, especially as we likely wouldn't have paid such a high price with this knowledge."

"We absolutely loved our stay. Location was amazing, the views breath taking and the house simply gorgeous. Our hosts Siobhan and John were such a lovely couple and we loved getting the chance to meet them. They made our stay so relaxed and comfortable we found it so hard to leave. "This is not our first time staying here. Overall our experience was good however some members of staff were not very friendly whilst other were very friendly. our room has some bottle tops left on the floor from the previous guest which always feels strange but in the main it was clean.
