Wow! We loved our stay, and we will definitely book this unit again. The check-in information was easy to follow and we had zero glitches. It's steps away from so many establishments. The meal and service at Kefi was excellent, & we ate at Stir - highly recommend both. While we briefly heard the train whistle a few times - you could not hear the train roll by, and they were fun to watch.

Even though I submitted 4 star, I almost submitted 5 star. Everything very clean, attractive and cozy w/ modern comfy furniture. Three large windows w/ well functioning blinds provided excellent light during day if you like a well lit great room. Substantial interior lighting in great room for reading, etc. Modern stacked washer-dryer is a real bonus (although I didn't need to use them). New-ish oven, dishwasher & specious refrigerator) although I didn'nt need oven or dishwasher). Large TV's in living & bed rooms w/ easy to use remotes. Two heating/cooling units, 1 in living room & 1 in bedroom, each very responsive to their separate remote controllers. My point being a lot of perks & everything worked very well !!! The only significant glitch was I never received building & room access codes ahead of arrival as advertised. A direct phone number to management was never provided (at least I could not find it anywhere in the online reservation process), so when I arrived, I had to submit an online message to management & it took 15-20 minutes before management responded to provide the codes. During that wait time I worried if the reservation was a scam. Fortunately it wasn't. A minor possible issue: the bedroom floor squeaked a lot, which didn't bother me but I wondered if the person in the room below me heard squeaking. But the condo itself was wonderful. I had an overall great experience & I got the impression management is working hard to make it a good experience.

White Lily Flats 208

Wife and I stayed 2 nights (June ) and absolutely plan to repeat the experience in this VRBO . Superb from start to finish. We live in Knoxville but staying downtown is in our monthly rotation for quick getaways. Price, clean , bright , cool factor accommodations, variety of food and activities we can walk to make this a no- brainer. Highly Recommend!!

This is a great place to stay as it is incredibly clean and well-outfitted. It is within walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants and breweries. Communication with the host is quick. We will definitely stay here again.

The building was very easy to find, and in a good location. It is very close to many things. You can walk to bars and restaurants. The building is also very secure, and the free parking across the street was also an added bonus. The unit, itself, is absolutely adorable. Fully loaded kitchen, full size stackable washer and dryer, plenty of linen, quality furniture, and the most quaint decorations are all reasons that I would stay here again if I ever come back to Knoxville. My only negative remark is the train that runs near by. The train is a little loud, however, it was not unbearable.

Great Spot for being in old town.

Property is very retro and nicely presented. Easy walk to old town and market square. You must like trains several early morning whistle wake-ups.

Excellent accomodations

I loved everything about this property. Location was amazing----walkable to restaurants, Market Square, and a short drive or Uber ride to UT campus. The building (originally a flour factory) is so interesting and beautifully maintained. Parking right outside (included). The unit was beautifully appointed and Kelly couldn't have been more accommodating. I hope to return for another stay. Thank you!

Downtown condo

The condo was very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable! I would stay here again and highly recommend it! Keep in mind it is downtown as advertised which means there is a lot of activity in the area at night.

Cool Vibes

This property has everything you need for a convenient, comfortable stay in Old City. From the large windows that let in natural light, the comfortable furnishings, and an eclectic decor that makes you feel immersed in the vibes of the city and history of Knoxville. You even get a built in bonus alarm clock/wake up call with the various train whistles which adds to the charm. I highly recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.

Lovely condo in a great location!

I stayed in the condo for a long weekend. It was a great experience. The condo was very clean and well appointed. It was decorated wonderfully as well. I had a question for the owner and he answered quickly, helpfully and courteously! I recommend this condo and would absolutely stay there again!

Old City Knoxville

Condo was as described . Very clean; well appointed; and comfortable. Great location. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and bars. As warned before stay there are trains that go by during the night.
