"We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. "Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. Personne très professionnelle, et nous avons ete...

"Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues."

"Room initially given to us hadn’t been cleaned. Corrected the mistake quickly. Rooms are huge, clean. Gym was just on the first floor area and no aircon so limited how long you could exercise. Breakfast was ok but fairly limited unless you’re ok with noodles and fried rice for breakfast. Location was quiet and walkable to restaurants."

Un manager nous a même « dégoté » un durian biologique d’une ferme alors que la saison était terminée. Nous reviendrons à Peam Snea Resort, c’est juré !!"
