Poipu beach house
We enjoyed the house so much . Being right across the street from the beach and seeing the turtles come up every evening was amazing . The playground was an added bonus from our granddaughter. Host was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend staying here

Perfect Poipu Getaway
The owner, Steve, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was perfect…well equipped and had everything you’d ever need. The location cannot be beat. The playground, the beach, the pickleball court, the turtles, restaurants within walking distance…all in all one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. We were all so happy to be there (5 adults, 1 toddler). Thank you.

Ideal ocean front property for a wonderful family vacation
The location of this ocean front house is ideal. It is steps away from two beaches that give endless fun for toddlers to seniors. The house is spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The upstairs and downstairs are essentially two separate units. The upstairs lanai and the two bedrooms have ocean view. The jalousie windows on the second floor let in ocean breeze and good circulation at night. One can have, as I did, the true Hawaiian experience of sleeping comfortably (in August with the A/C turned off ) and rock to sleep by surf sound and tree rustling. The kitchen is well equipped. The availability of a outdoor propane grill, a large slow cooker and an rice cooker is especially great for preparing family meals. In the garage, sand toys are plentiful for the young. Surf boards, boogie boards and snorkeling gears are available for the active teens and adults. Beach chairs and umbrellas are for there for the not-so-young. On the day of our arrival, the owner called to say he was replacing an appliance. The contractor was very nice and he gave us recommendations for places to visit. During our week long stay, the owner responded promptly to our requests and needs. All of us had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Great Location!
We traveled with our adult kids and had a great time. The house was close to the beach and we had a great time boogie boarding, sitting on the deck watching the waves and hiking. The house had plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. Steve is great at making sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and lanai!
House was very big and well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. The owner is super responsive and responds to messages very quickly. Downstairs is a bedroom and bathroom with another room with 2 twin beds but NO door on that room and you have to walk through it to get upstairs so kinda not a bedroom… okay for kids. Main floor is nice and consists of well stocked kitchen and living room, master bedroom and bath with jetted tub…not exactly a “hot tub”. There is also another bedroom with a bath on the main level that has a door to the lanai but this room is NOT air-conditioned. There were fans but no AC and it was rather hot & toasty in that room but the rest of the house was very comfortable.There is also a hide-a-bed on the main floor in what could be a bedroom but again no door on this room. The property had beach chairs and beach toys. The lanai overlooked poipu beach and was next door to the famous Puka Dog. I enjoyed the house very much!

Family fun for everyone!
We selected Kauai for our family vacation. There were nine of us including my adult children and grandchildren. This house was perfect for us. It was clean, had plenty of beds, an excellent open kitchen, dining, living area and a patio with ocean views. Steve was great with communication and the house had everything we needed. It was also just a few steps to the beach where we enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding, and relaxing in the sun. My favorite part was watching the turtles swim up to the beach to rest overnight or watching them swim back into the ocean each morning. Truly amazing!! A perfect family vacation for all ages.

Amazing home at the beach
This home is perfect for any family. There were nine of us and so much room and we were able to spread out. It has all the comforts of home. The beach is right across the road which is not busy. You can see some of the most beautiful sunsets and see the green turtles in the evening. It is located in a great area. Our grandsons really enjoyed using the boogey boards. Steve was terrific if I had any questions. He would get back to me immediately and said if we had any questions to just let him know. He is probably one of the best people we have ever had the pleasure of using their property. We had a blast and wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful place-great location
We loved this spacious beach house. The property is well taken care of. Great location and short walk to the park and beach to see the green sea turtles and Monk seals. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. My wife and I especially loved leaving the louvered windows open and hearing the ocean at night. Loved our stay. Magical stay
Spacious and airy. Outside merged beautifully with inside. We loved being so close to the park and beaches and water. It made it posssible for us to do our own things individually and easily reconvene all together. We all liked having a good mix of alone time and family time. It was pleasant to cook in the kitchen and there were numerous places to eat that we could walk to. We appreciated the stock of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys ( which we used even though our youngest is 29), and various other beach paraphernalia. My wife and I especially loved leaving the louvered windows open and hearing the ocean at night. Parking was easy. The outdoor shower made rinsing off the sand easy and pleasant. Nobody wanted to leave and we all hope to be back again.

Kaua’i Elopement
I booked the house for myself, fiancé, our kids and a few friends. Great location a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants both walking distance and a short 5 minute drive. We appreciated the house having beach towels, chairs, cooler and toys for the kids. Made the days at the beach very enjoyable. Kitchen came well supplied without silverware, glassware, dinnerware and cooking equipment. The house also had plenty of room for everyone to lounge around and a lovely patio to relax on.

Poipu Beach House - Family Vacation
We loved this spacious beach house. Short walk to the beach to snorkel, watch Green sea turtles and Monk seals. The perfect vacation spot for our family of seven. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Loved our stay. And the host was quick to reply! Thanks Steve!

Great Property
This house was perfect for us, plenty of room and parking for our whole party of 6 and two cars. It has easy access to the beach with lots of swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding opportunities. There is a nice big lanai on the upper level that is perfect for sitting and watching the ocean. My 101 year old father was with us and he spent hours out on the lanai! There are, by my father's count (lol) 13 steps to go up to the second floor. He was able to manage that but it is something to keep in mind if steps are a challenge. There is living area downstairs as well, but the kitchen and dining area are upstairs. Steve, the owner, was very assessable and responds almost immediately to emails and text messages if you have questions during your stay. I definitely 10/10 recommend this property!

Beautiful place-great location
The property is well-taken care of. Great location. Right across quiet street from Brennecke beach. We could see the turtles and monk seals every day. Views from the house are beautiful. The property manager was great with communications. The house was well stocked with everything we could think of. We would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home.

The location of the house can’t be beat plus all of the amenities that were included were so nice especially when traveling with younger kids! We would definitely stay here again! Steve was super helpful and quick with responses!

Off the hook location
This house is right in the best spot… a few doors down literally around the corner is a Surf shop next-door to it is puka dog, which gets a long line around it. Upstairs from that puka dog is a deli and another restaurant ,and then you’re only about 2 miles from a gazillion other restaurants, and they are fantastic. Walk 100 steps you’re on the beach every night turtles and seals. Come up to rest on the beach to the right. There’s kind of two of them the night we left they had 19 turtles on the beach. It was awesome the left side beach is where are you going to do boogie boarding bidy surfing with the turtles even some manta Ray’s joined the fun and could be seen in the waves. We had a few issues that we chose not to resolve with Steve because we were able to take care of it ourselves. The cable wasn’t working we ended up just using airplay or Casting to the televisions from our phones so we were able to watch TV we did call Steve he immediately responded to us, but we needed to respond back to him. We did not follow up after we’ve discovered, we could take care of the situation with our own DIRECTV. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail in regards to cleaning the showers and taking initiative to change things themselves like the ripped and severely moldy shower curtain liner in the downstairs bathroom. Steve is not there to be able to notice this , it’s obvious, and they ignored it. Definitely would stay here again !
