Great house for family vacation
This house was perfect for our holiday vacation. We had a group of nine and everyone had their own space and the added bonus of two outdoor areas. The house is in a fabulous location. Can’t say enough great things. Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation
Found the property well maintained, clean, organized, some extras included were thoughtful. We enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi hot tub, kitchen had everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner. Bedrooms comfortable, all with ensuites.

3-5 min drive to beaches, close to places to eat. We were here in mid October. It was very hot and muggy in kitchen area/ living room, even with doors open. Kitchen area gets very warm when cooking due to no AC in this area. Rooms are nice and comfortable with AC units in each room.

Great house, poor AC.
the house itself was nice and well located and we appreciate the cleanliness and it was well stocked. However, we did have significant problems with the AC units in the bedrooms. For the first 2 nights, 3 out of 4 bedrooms were very hot and we had to call the office a couple times. The second time maintenance came out they said that the AC units were on the verge of breakdown and we had to shut them all off. They did provide window units to each bedroom which worked better than the previous (broken?) units. This was an unpredictable occurrence and we understand things happen in life. But it was not the comfort we expected when we booked this luxury home for our vacation It made the evenings and sleep uncomfortable

This house is clean and stocked w nice towels and bedding. The pool and hot tub were a big hit w my grandsons. There is plenty of seating everywhere for you to gather. Only downside we had as chefs there was not alot of kitchen supplies. A great stay

Great House for 4 couples to stay and relax.
The House, Pool, and accomodations were top notch for our group of 4 couples. The House provided each couple with their own bedroom and bathroom plus plenty of space indoors and outdoors for the group to visit and spend time together. We spent most of our days out exploring the island, but late afternoons and evenings were spent around the house and the pool. Nice short drive down to the beach for evening sunset views and dining. House was also well equipped with Bar-b-q and kitchen for breakfast each morning and a couple dinners. The communication from the rental property was awesome as well, as one of the bathroom light bulbs popped one morning and they had a maintenace person out within an hr to repair. Plenty of Beach towels and Chairs to use during our stay as well.

50 th anniversary
There were 5 adults and 2 girls 8 & 11. Everyone felt like they had their own private space. The pool with big sliders opening to it and plenty of outdoor furniture was so inviting. A10-15 minute walk put you right on the beach. Great place to stay and easily could have accommodated 3 more people.

Perfect peaceful spot
The house was perfect for our needs. The house itself is beautiful, all the bedrooms with en suites is a huge plus. We had four couples in our group and it was easy for everyone to have some privacy and relax or hang out together in the common areas. Even though there is not AC in the living room (only the bedrooms) we were comfortable as all the patio doors open to create a breeze through the house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Having the pool right out the door was wonderful. It makes a great landing spot to come home to after venturing Around the island.

Wonderful vacation
Spacious, clean, well decorated. Everyone loved the pool and patio. The location was good. The only issue we had was that the key codes to access the home did not work when we arrived on Saturday and were not fixed until Tuesday afternoon. More plastic patio cups including wine glasses would have been helpful.

Great family vacation
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and we liked that each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. We loved playing in the pool with our kids, and the hot tub was great for hanging out in the evening. The location was excellent - on a golf course in a quiet residential area, but still walkable to the local shops, restaurants, and beaches. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing home base for island exploration
The house was clean and well stocked for our week on Kauai. It easily fit two families (4 adults and 6 kids), and the pool is perfect for cooling off and entertaining the kids. Very close to Poipu beach and Koloa shops. Communication was great, we will come back!

Exceptional property, perfect for large family!
Words cannot do this place justice! Our group of 9 had the most amazing & relaxing week. The property is absolutely gorgeous through and through. Clean & modern with a homey feel. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, high ceilings, island art on the walls, it’s even better than the pictures! Open the doors at both ends and you get the most amazing cross breeze. The pool area is beautiful, plenty of seating and the outdoor sound system makes it feel like a party all the time. Use of the garage was a major plus and the amount (and quality) of the provided beach items was wonderful! First place we have stayed that actually had beach chairs for the max amount of people the property can hold. The management is friendly, responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Kauai and we hope to return to this property in the future.

Wonderful Stay and Awesome Rental Company!
We absolutely loved our stay - the house was absolutely incredible and really made our multigenerational family vacation special. We all had our own private ensuites, and we could share the kitchen/living room area and outside pool area and spend lots of time together! We were close to great restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach. We liked Poipu way more than the more tourist-y areas like Hanalei Bay. Highly, highly recommend!

Gorgeous Home with Pool
We stayed here with two other families and we had the best time! The home is very clean and has all the amenities we needed. The master suites with large bathrooms were perfect for each couple. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The setting on the golf course is very quiet and peaceful to sit on the back porch and listen to the birds. Chris the manager and Sonja the concierge assisted with all questions and were really friendly to work with. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Kauai Dream vacation spot
We have had the pleasure of experiencing Hawaii numerous times over the years, enjoying a wide spectrum of accommodations on multiple islands – small condominium complexes, larger, full-service resorts, private homes and even tent camping (way back in college). That said, our stay at the spectacular Pomaikai property might top them all. I’ll begin with kudos to the fine management team at Wailani Kauai, who made the entire process smooth as silk. From the clear lines of communication, to the detailed instructions on arrival, to thoughtful touches like an in-place “Pak & Play” (for our toddler traveler) and assisting us with a waterfall hiking adventure – Sonja and company definitely brought their A-game. The home itself is island luxury at its finest. Ideally situated in the sunniest spot on Kauai, Pomaikai is spacious, beautifully furnished, and had the perfect flow and layout for our party of 8. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is always ideal. The master suite is stunning, with a terrific walk-in shower and twin sinks. We took happy advantage of the fully appointed kitchen and fired up the sparkling gas grill for multiple feasts. The ample swimming pool was a natural gathering spot with plenty of comfy chairs and loungers. On the golf fairway-facing side of the home, there’s a serine patio setting – again with all the appointments. The wide screened opening to the pool on one side, and to the fairway on the opposite end, allows a constant island breeze to flow comfortably through the home – of course, sleek AC units and ceiling fans are at your service as well. The location is ideal – you can drive to Poipu or Kiahuna Beach in less than two minutes (bring the provided beach chairs) and the entire area is very walkable. Shops and excellent restaurants are close by as is charming little Koloa town, where a full-on grocery store is at the ready. What a fantastic place to enjoy all that the Garden Isle has to offer, but as much as we enjoyed venturing out, perhaps the most relaxing and indulgent part of our stay was simply kicking back in this truly special home. Amazing
Great property as advertised. House was beautiful and clean, we loved every bit of it. We stayed here with our adult children and everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The Pool and hot tub were big hits. It is located on a golf course and was close to the beach and shopping. We would highly recommend for a large group.
