I really wanted to like this hotel. Everything was going great until the bed I was sleeping on fell apart. I informed management and they fixed the bed. I was then presented with a 30 euro bill for fixing. I was shocked. The staff was unapologetic, unsympathetic and even made feel like it was my fault their cheap furniture fell apart. My question to management is, “If the air conditioner broke, would I have to pay for that too?” Again very disappointed.
