Facility does not have a front desk. You have to call a cell number to check in from the car/taxi/Grab/airport transfer vehicle you came in. If the vehicle can wait, you can do it inside your air conditioned car. If your vehicle cannot wait, you will be outside the building entrance with all your bags in the sweltering heat while you figure out how to check in. We were required to put in a deposit for security and cleaning but person on the phone does not accept credit cards. They wanted a bank transfer into their bank account which we could not process because we did not have a local bank account. We were lucky to have relatives locally who graciously made the transfer for us. After transfer was made, room and key info was sent immediately and we were able to get into the apartment smoothly. The condo floors were sparkling clean, master bedroom bed was firm and comfortable and beddings were standard sheets and a comforter. But second bedroom similar queen/full bed had sheets and just two small throw blankets (not two twin size blankets or comforters or a queen comforter). Pillows were lumpy. Towels were thin. Kitchen was well equipped with a full size refrigerator and a washer/dryer. Only a single hot plate was provided for a stove. Lots of space in the unit and air conditioning worked very well. Bathroom was nice and hot water heater worked great. Refund of deposit took several unanswered phone messages and texts before processed.
