"The Hotel is very nice and comfortable, it is relatively close to the airport. The island is beautiful, simply spectacular. One of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. Regarding the food, I give it a 5/5, delicious. We paid for all inclusive and every day there was something new on the menu. We were there in November and the weather was spectacular, simply perfect. What I didn't like was the customer service of certain employees, for example we would arrive at a bar and it was like they ignored us. “they don't really greet you.” You ask them for a drink and they take a lot of time preparing it. Like I said only certain employees, the rest are extremely nice and friendly and kind. This place is very quiet so there isn't really night life although there are bands playing at night, but this is not the place to party. This is the perfect place to relax. As a recommendation, they shouldn't put plastic plants, it damages the decoration, it would be better without it."
