I also loved the town. I enjoyed a hot chocolate at Karkoo and great meal at the Oakbank hotel all within walking distance. Definitely recommend"

"Very welcoming owners to their under cover eating area with our dog. Very accommodating by delivering our dinner to our cottage. Dressed in 1800’s era clothing to celebrate 175th year of settlement. Interesting display of old cameras and art works. "

"A fantastic stay! The place was new, clean and quiet, making it the perfect retreat. The provided breakfast was a lovely touch, and the cooking area was well-equipped for preparing meals. One small improvement would be adding a door for the toilet, but overall, a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend "

"Rustic, quaint and comfortable. Excellent location. This surpassed our expectations! It's very well appointed with everything we needed. Super comfy beds. Very comfy lounge. Alas, it was too cold for us to try the outside bath. We want to come back again."

"The cutest little cottage that had personality and charm and made us feel like we were on holidays. We really loved being able to light the fire each night and snuggle up on the comfy couches. The backyard was also a gorgeous space with lots of seating options, our one year loved exploring (and eating fresh cherry tomatoes from the veggie patch!) We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook if we were holidaying in the area again! Thank you to the lovely hosts."
