"I loved this hotel! Big clean and comfortable room, excellent bathroom, nice patio overlooking the park. Quiet and comfortable. And wonderful staff! They happily accommodated my touring bicycle (a penny farthing is in the lobby!) and the dear desk manager telephoned a hotel to secure me a room in ..."

"Otele yaklaşık 1 ay önce rezervasyon yaptım. Rezervasyon günü otele gittiğimde otelin kapalı olduğunu gördüm. Yetkiliyi aradığımda hotels.com ile 1 aydır çalışmadıkları söyledi. Bu durum bana soylenmedi. Böyle bir çalışma ahlakı olamaz. Hotels.com sitesinden memnun kalmadığımi belirtmek isterim."
