"I have stayed here many times and I always enjoy this condo/hotel. The staff is WONDERFUL and always very responsive. The location couldn't be better. An ABC store is right next door, two restaurants (Japanese and Italian) right next door, and I can see Egg's and Things from my balcony (next street over). The Friday night fireworks can easily been seen from the balcony as well. "

However, I was extremely disappointed that my request for an early check-in due, to my flight time, sent weeks and repeated days in advance, was met with empty promises. "The hotel is good but the room we get has to many problems on the bathroom, The shower is very small and with very little water pressure it is very difficult to take showers, the sink was plugged and they took more the two days to fix it. we found out have cockroaches. The fridge was not working good. They don’t have service of recollection of garbage so we have to take care of it"

"Great location for Waikiki - on the bus route from the airport, a few minutes walk from the nearedt beach, grrat for the shopping streets. Well equipped studio. Clean and tidy. Good yo have a laundry on site too. Beach chairs provided were helpful. Unfortunately the area is very expensive so you don't get a lot of space for ypur money, and buying groceries to cook is very costly. "

"The location of Ilikai Hotel is close to Ala Moana Mall, and the lagoon. There are some stores in lobby.The apartment was clean and essentials supplies are available in the kitchen and bathroom. The couch needs an upgrade but still usable. The fireworks is visible from the unit. It was the highlight of our stay. Thank you to the Host for all the help and informations.We will be back..God bless"

"Overall the property was clean. The unit was older than expected and all appliances did not work. The beach is a 10 minute walk away but the first day it took nearly an hour since no directions to get there were provided. The view of the golf course was beautiful, however each morning at 5:30 someone started their day cutting weeds and it woke us up. Communication from the managers was very nice and inviting. "
