Frozen nightmare...

Double payed. I already pay through hotels.com but they insist to pay the amount again. They said hotels.com will cancel the payment but seems no reaction fro hotels.com. A fraud.... Also the location shown on the map of hotels.com and the real location of the hotel were very different. I thought I got kidnapped at the first time. Picture is totally photoshopped. Do not believe it. It was 10 degree celcius in the room whole night since the temperature control system got broken. It was definetely a room for Olaf from Frozen. It is just enough for staying a night if you have early morning flight. Do not expect anything. Just enough for one night staying.

Near hotel, there was a factory which produces disgusting smell. I could not open window.

Double billed

Was doubled billed for stay. Had to pay cash on arrival and then my credit card was also billed. Contacted hotels.com and hotel refused to remove extra billing. In addition phone listed was incorrect and location on map was also wrong. However the staff wasnice and shuttle worked once I had correct phone number, listed in another review.

This property was excellent value for money. It was challenging to navigate with a language barrier while in China, however the receptionist Eliza (Lee Chaoxian) was incredible. She made our whole trip smooth. We could not have navigated our transfers and stay without her. Her willingness to work with us and bright demeanor was wonderful. She is an asset to the Hotel and a lovely person. We would book again based on her service alone.

Fine for an overnight

For an overnight between flights, this hotel was totally fine. The shuttle service worked out well, and reception was friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was the main sore spot... holes in sheets and pillowcases so those made me question the cleanliness and upkeep, but again, for a 12 hour stay it was more than fine.

Communication was difficult, although the staff tried the best with the help of ap. Pick up/ drop off driver was very helpful with the luggage. Suggestions: It would be better if airport pick up was provided upon arrival rather than having to phone them upon arrival. We provided the hotel with out flight information. Improve boxed breakfast. Our price included breakfast but the hotel did not serve breakfast until later in the morning. Staff offered boxed breakfast which was bare minimum comprising a tiny bun, a small tetra pack milk cartoon and a boiled egg.

Room is very bad condition! Failed to get airport pickup! Very very poor service! Breakfast also bad! Cannot pay by foreign credit card! Move out after just one night. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Fine hotel, impossible to contact w Expedia’s info

The hotel was fine but your (Expedia’s)contact phone number for them was completely wrong. I had to get three English speaking Chinese people in shanghai and Kunming to look it up in Chinese and get a completely different number: 0871 6351 1028. I got to the hotel at 4:15am instead of 2am because of Expedias bad contact info!

Convenient and cheap but not comfortable

The hotel is really cheap and located near the airport so this place is good if you just need a place to stay before your flight. However, the place is pretty dirty and run down. There's a lot of noise outside the hotel and the sound of planes taking off and landing can be heard throughout the night. This isn't a place you'll want to spend any significant amount of time at.
