"i have an absolutely wonderful stay in Kunming Intercontinental. The staffs are very helpful, especially Stacy Chen and Enzo, they helped me at 8pm to get my Skype working for my meeting at 9pm. They helped me plan my stay in Kunming and I got to visit all the interesting spots in Kunming. The cleaning lady noticed that i did not have a pad for my mouse and she got one for me, very observant and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean and with beautiful garden. The room itself was very spacious...

"We stayed here twice in transit. The property is clean and neat. The service was good. The airport shuttle requires a reservation from the airport and it is inconvenient if you are just transiting, particularly if you don’t have a China phone number. The breakfast was amazing and for transits that have a long morning we’d definitely recommend this hotel. If you just need a bed and nothing else it may not be the most convenient. "
