"Great pool, room required some routine maintenance to bring it up to scratch. Noisy due to location - which was a great location, so bring some ear plugs to combat this. You will also need to grab some bug spray to beat the mosquitoes.
Servicing seemed to be done on request not daily. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. Toothbrush and soap was supplied though.
Over all a cheep and cheerful place to stay but could easily be improved to amazing with some added touches."

"We stayed in the standard 2 bed villa. Bed was decent, pretty firm. Good location, a 6 minute walk to the main food street and about 10 from the sea (you will need to walk another 5 minutes to get to the beach without boats on the sand).
The rooms we’re great and the pool was refreshing in the heat, although it was a very small plunge pool so a family of 4 wouldn’t all be able to fit in it at once.
The living and kitchen area is all open with no ac so it was pretty hard to relax down there in...

"Es hat uns alles gut gefallen, besonderes nettes Personal, das uns in jede Hinsicht geholfen hatte. Der Garten mit dem Pool machen die Anlage sehr hübsch. Der einzige minus Punkt ist das quietschendes Bett, was bei jeder Umdrehung quietschte. Filtertrinkwassergerät hat uns den Weg in den Supermarkt erspart. Dafür ein grosses Dankeschön. "

"Beautiful and spacious villa with a great outline, open living room/kitchen area separated by the pool from the bedroom/bathroom house. So many plants made it even more cozy and beautiful.
Everything was very clean, the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before and after check out.
The location is very close to the main street with all the restaurants. A good laundry service is 3 minutes by foot away.
We would have loved to stay...

Last time, I stayed with my husband, and this time, I stayed with my younger brother and his wife.
Villa Luna is a wonderful place to relax.
It's very convenient to be able to walk to the town.
Above all, the manager and staff are very kind and polite.
The noise from the bar next door is bad, but it doesn't seem to be every day.
This is not the villa's fault.
Staff provided earplugs in the bedroom.
If I visit Lombok again, I would definitely like to stay at...

"This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay."
