"La habitación estuvo limpia y cómoda. El desayuno variado y muy rico. Lo único que quiero comentar es que las fotos de las piscinas distan mucho de la realidad….están MUY llenas de gente y , para colmo, el domingo cierran una parte de una de las piscinas para dar clases de natación a niños. "A 4 star hotel old décor, no air conditioning and no mini bar. I request a fan that they promise me but do not deliver. Cleaning is done only in the bathroom but not in the room. Very bad experience"

"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, ..."
