"Great location for our family, my husband is originally from Carpinteria so we enjoyed the proximity to Carp and Santa Barbara. Loved that we were able to enjoy morning and evening walks to the beach. Our first time visiting Las Conchitas and kids loved it. "Enjoyed staying at this mint condition, quiet and comfortable property. Everything seemed brand new in the unit, clean and functioning well. Parking on site was convenient. And location was close to State Street downtown and attractions, but in a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic. No on-site office, so check in and any issues are handled remotely by te t/email. Definitely recommend this place for an economical stay. "

"This property was an excellent location for our weekend needs. Parking is a bit difficult, but we only had one vehicle, so it wasn’t too bad. We were able to find street parking within 1 1/2 blocks. The house is small, but was fine as a base of operations for the wedding festivities. Basic supplies were adequate. It would be good to label the soap/ shampoo dispensers however. We would book here again. "
