"The location was great, close to the water. Met a resident that gave us some great info on the place and surrounding area. Air conditioners were doing all they could in each room to keep it warm, had to use fan to cool kitchen area. Power went out twice on the same day, morning and evening. Things didn’t dry easily, towels stayed damp, but it worked out ok. We would definitely stay there again if visiting."

"I am extremely happy to have chosen this location for my trip to STX. The Owners Chad and Emily were excellent and extremely hospitable throughout my stay. The unit was very well decorated, clean, and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. "Our cottage Castaways is a bit rustic but have all the basic things and is comfortable. They had some issues with water supply due to island wide outage, but it was fixed within a day.
