"This space was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean, the room set up was perfect. The kitchen and bath had everything you would need. I’ve been to several other VRBO and had to bring everything yourself or buy it (ie: spices, dish soap etc) Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Highly recommend recommendpatios "

"This was a great location. Just a block from the beach and close to all the restaurants. The place was nice and clean. The portable air conditioning didn’t really do much. So we opened all the windows and left the door cracked open while in apartment and it worked great cooling it off. It was nice having a dedicated parking spot but definitely made for a compact car. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it and stay there again. "

"This property is the perfect home base for a Pacific Beach weekend. We had all we needed to relax and unwind! It’s cozy, but we like each other so we didn’t mind the close quarters. Excellent responsiveness from the owner. Master bed very comfy and A/C works like a charm!"

"Perfect hideaway after a long travel day. Wonderful hosts and welcome. Comfortable bed. The shower was so lovely and refreshing with the wood and open windows and skylight. Off-street parking was a perk. We loved this was the start of our vacation adventure. Walking distance to the ocean. We watched the sunset and it was perfect."

"The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here."

"The pictures are a bit misleading .. the bedroom also has a bunk bed which is not shown in the pictures so that was a surprise .. it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.. but maybe would be nice to know that someone would be sleeping above you if you actually slept 6 people in there. The location is great..we loved being that close to the beach… and it’s really neat that they have chairs and toys for the beach you can use. When the door code didn’t work (we got in late) they answered...

"This place was exactly as advertised. We found it nice and clean with nice touches such as a water filter pitcher in the fridge and tea bags. It was quiet and had a nice space out front.We did notice we couldn’t get local channels on the TV, but we could have logged into our own account if we really wanted them. Not that big a deal since we didn’t spend much time watching TV."
