"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

"We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. As I couldn't reach the host, I went to the address given by Vrbo and was most surprised to be told by the guardians that though the property existed it had never been to rent... I had to phone Vrbo in the USA ..They refunded me..this fraud is incomprehensible..A bad joke ?!"
