Beautiful yard, quite area - very nice stay
House was easy to find and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was nestled among other properties. Being a protective father of littles, I appreciated being surrounded by neighbors. But it was also very private. We barely saw or heard anyone, but was comforted knowing neighbors were around. First impression of the house was that it was a bit older (probably 70's or early 80's era), but the rooms/beds/bathrooms were nice and big with clay tile flooring throughout. The backyard was stunning, and the pool/hot-tub and landscaping were just as shown in the pictures. Backyard was also very private, and perfect in every way. Not knowing the neighborhood, it took about a day to realize the street was very quiet, and the neighborhood was safe. The front door (being a double door) didn't seem overly sturdy, but I quickly realized the neighborhood was safe, and didn't have any concerns.Beds were awesome (big and comfortable), and the bedding and towels (pool and bathing) were of great quality. All the amenities were perfect.The pool and hot-tub were exquisite. Perfect in every way. The hot-tub heated up quickly and was very much appreciated (we got unlucky with some cooler January days). Pool was beautiful and refreshing bouncing between hot tub and pool - kids (and us) had a hoot!We loved our stay and would definitely go back and stay at Jane's place. I would recommend to anyone going out to the desert for a trip.

The Beautiful Pool House
This location is just about as perfect as it gets. Nestled against the mountains the Cove Community is all the best that La Quinta has to offer. Easy trails, great park at the Civic Center and Old Town and all about a 1-3 minute drive. The house is mid century and very clean with everything one would need for a week or weekend. The Spa was a gift to relax in as well. Thank you again

Relaxed getaway
My husband and I stayed four days at this lovely property. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and great location. The pool and hot tub was a wonderful treat. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook amazing meals for family that came by for dinner. We celebrated two birthdays by having a bbq in the beautiful backyard patio area. We definitely will return for another stay.

Quiet and Comfortable Stay
We had an enjoyable three-day "staycation" at this lovely La Quinta Cove home. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. The pool and yard were particularly nice, and the patio misters added to the comfort. There were plenty of pool towels provided, which was helpful. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We would gladly stay here again.

Desert retreat
Our stay was very relaxing. Quiet neighborhood with market and downtown nearby. Plenty of restaurants to explore. The pool was very refreshing and we enjoyed it multiple times during the day. The home was well appointed. Kitchen well stocked and bathrooms were well maintained and plenty of linens. Enjoyed the Cove area in La Quinta. Would definitely return.

3rd Stay and it was Awesome
This is our 3rd stay at Jane’s Pool House and we had a great time! The house was clean, we had towels for the pool, everything needed to cook, and pool was awesome! Everything in the kitchen is labeled and there were extra cooking ingredients if you should forget something….we cooked the entire time we were there due to the outdoor heat, and it was great. Thank you Jane!!!!!

Casita away from home
This was our second time at this casita and enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room for my children to spread out and play inside or outside. The pool was warm due to the weather, but otherwise relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. I would recommend it for families or small groups, as it has everything you need in a home.

Back to the ‘70’s
Pros- house was clean inside, very well stocked, and nice new fluffy towels. Location was good and the yard/pool was nice. Cons-description stated newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances…even a VitaMix! Not the case in the very least. All but one bed were literally box springs/mattresses on the floor. The patio was overlooked in the cleaning process, with an overflowing recycle bin and a broken hose and leftover pool toys everywhere. We organized and hosed everything off. The once beautiful tile floors are chipped and worn and areas against walls needed a good scrubbing. The original aluminum sliding door was in need of repair or replacement. My husband and I both noticed the AC seemed to be auto controlled? as there were definite times of stillness and stuffiness, even though we set the Nest controller. I do have pics/videos if anyone requests.

Weekend Getaway
My wife and I went on a weekend getaway and the house was great. The backyard with the pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing. The inside had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Jane was very responsive to our needs and questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this Vacation rental for 3 nights! The backyard setting was beautiful! &the Neighborhood mostly quiet. It’s close to Downtown La Quinta, Shopping & Hiking trails! The Pool & Spa were very nice & clean!
