Better Than Advertised!
Whenever we look to rent or buy anything, we always like to read the reviews from others that have preceded us, and it was those reviews that motivated us to book here at PGA West. All the reviews spoke glowingly about their time here and gave Kudos to Monique as the host. They were not only accurate but if anything understated. We believe that the ultimate compliment that can be paid in a review is that the property is as advertised. However, in this case, this property was ‘way better’ than advertised. It has so many enhancements that it is not possible to mention them all in the advertising brochure. This is obviously a home that they take great pride in, and it shows. It is as advertised PLUS – from night lights to charging stations, to pantry starters, to an excellent up to date information binder, to a welcoming gift of snacks and champagne, to a true HIGH-SPEED internet, to shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, as well as a Netflix connection to name just a few. Look no further if you want to enjoy La Quinta life at its best! Lastly, we must mention that Monique is the ultimate host. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years but never have we had a host so attentive and helpful as Monique. If there is any way she can make your stay more comfortable, she will do it before the sun sets. Bravo Monique! We look forward to enjoying your hospitality next year!

Wonderful getaway
My family and I had a great time. Monique was incredibly responsive and friendly. We will definitely go back to this beautiful property. We loved the west facing views and were even able to see some of the big horn sheep that enter the golf course during the day from the steep hillsides. We checked out 4 of the almost 50 or so pools on the property and all were in great shape and had their own character. The house was very clean, and well maintained.

Beautiful, relaxing, fabulous
This condo is just as fabulous as it looks online. We booked a month over May-June to get away from coastal gloom and loved every minute here. A beautiful home with thoughtful touches throughout, a lovely patio with gorgeous mountain and golf course views (pretty much every morning and evening was spent on the patio; alfresco dining and cocktails at their best), and the host was the best I've encountered (everything we needed to know was covered and uncomplicated). Highly recommend this home and we're already thinking about when we might return.

Wonderful property and lovely host.
We loved staying here! The location in La Quinta was excellent. The home was quiet and safe and the gated neighborhood is very secure. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We did not do any cooking or grilling there, but the kitchen seemed very well appointed. There were ample towels for the bath and for the pool. The linens on the bed were very nice. The pool and hot tub area was only 25 yards from the house and it was never crowded. We played pickleball at the nearby public park and played lots of golf at PGA west and other nearby courses. We will definitely book this place again for future trips to La Quinta!!!!!

Family Desert Getaway
We stayed here for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament which was a 20 minute drive. Staying here was the best choice we made. Absolutely gorgeous setting inside the PGA West resort, and the home itself even more so. Every detail attended to, beautiful yet cozy furnishings with pristine carpeting in the rooms where you want it, excellent beds & showers, nice kitchen & bar area, incredible views of fairway & mountains from living area and a large well-equipped patio. We had wonderful breakfasts & cocktail hours, and one night ate in with take-out— no cooking on vacation!! We swam, hot-tubbed ( pool was super close by), and walked all over the resort, including a fun meet-up with grazing big horn sheep. But most importantly, our host Monique made everything easy and relaxing with great communication, thorough & detailed instructions making everything easy & non-stressful, concern for our experience and much-appreciated flexibility in our departure time. She really is the BEST host I’ve ever dealt with on VRBO. We hope to come again next year!!

Comfortable Condo with Beautiful Mountain Views
A nicely equipped, spacious and comfortably furnished condo that is well organized for guests. We really enjoyed the mountain and fairway views from the living room, dining area and patio. The neighborhood is great for walking, with minimal traffic and wide streets and a short drive to Ralph's and several restaurants. All made for a very enjoyable stay.

Monique's home is simply wonderful. While beautiful with incredible touches of elegance, it's also super comfy and livable. Sadly we were only there for two nights, but hardly wanted to the property as sitting out back staring at the mountains was so enjoyable! Two California king beds were much appreciated, fully stocked kitchen, cozy family/living room, and it was all decked out for Christmas which we loved! Would've loved to stay for a month...some day!

Beautiful condo in lovely neighborhood
Our family (4 adults) stayed in Monique's condo for 5 nights and were sorry to leave it! It is a gem of a place, beautifully decorated with every household item we would ever need. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks that she thoughtfully left for us. The unit is on the golf course with spectacular near views of the mountains and palm trees, of course. The condo is very quiet and relaxing. Monique is an excellent communicator, sharing details about the house and area that made our stay easy. We'd certainly stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here during the Powertrip music festival. If offered us so much more than just a hotel, with a full living room and kitchen, and so much space. Monique was a wonderful host with great communication too. We will definitely be back if we ever do another music fest in Indio. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Place to stay!
Monique was an awesome host, always responded promptly. Her vacation home was the best Rental place we have stayed in the US. The home was exactly like the listing, beautiful and clean. Everything you need and more is available to use. She even has a docking station for all your electronics samsung, apple and google charges. Pool just steps away. Beds and pillows comfy with beautiful bedding. Don't hesitate to stay here you will love it! We will be back one day

Myself, Cousin & Niece of a Pup had the pleasure to call Oakhill our home for 31days! Monique has the place set up like a vacation resort with every convenience you could ever need, not only for short but also for long term stays. After full days of work, we were ready to play exploring the beauty PGA West affords from many pools and hot tubs to patio BBQ dinners while absorbing the Mountain View. And after eating like queens at home or indulging in the many restaurants Coachella Valley has to offer, night walks were part of our routine with amazing views and manicured grounds before slumbering in our plush beds. Experience the best of Desert Living. Monique’s place is truly a 5 star resort home where she makes you feel like Ohana. Stay once and you’ll be ready to join the return guest list!

Our stay was very enjoyable at this property. We rent houses frequently on our getaways and this house was the most practical and well equipped by far. Best seats for the PGA Palmer 8th hole.
We spent so much time sitting on the patio of this fantastic condo. We watched the daily parade of golfers as they played the 8th hole. One day we watched a large herd of Bighorn sheep graze the grasses from the T-box all the way to the hole. Another day we filmed a smaller group while we were driving the streets within the complex in the golf cart which was provided to us. The condo was well kept and beautifully appointed with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The master bed was very comfortable. Our hosts Monique and Jason left many easy-to-follow instructions and responded to our questions in a timely manner. We loved it so much that we decided to spend the last two days just hanging out and sitting on the patio.

What was really unique and we loved, was seeing the big horn sheep!! What a treat! We also loved to just sit on the patio with a glass of wine and watch the golfers. Having the second private patio off the bedroom was great for reading. It is a beautiful and well laid out condo and so much better than a hotel room. Every morning we could just make coffee and enjoy it without having to go out and get it or call room service. It was a perfect place!

Perfect desert getaway!
My family and I headed to the desert for a music festival. This location was perfect for quick access to the venue, relaxing pool options to enjoy the sunshine before the concerts, safety, and a beautiful living space. We hope for another opportunity to stay here if we return for the festival again next year. Monique was attentive to our needs while we were staying in the home, and did a great job with communication about what to expect during our visit and in making sure our visit was comfortable. Great spot! Don’t hesitate to book if it’s available. It’s a great find!
