La Quinta stay
We enjoyed our stay but a few things need attention: ebikes have flat tires, no washcloths, 2nd br shower goes from cold to scalding and shower door handle on tub side falling off, master bathtub not clean; hot water takes a long time to arrive. Outdoors area wonderful as is security.

Awesome place for families
Three couples and three teens had plenty of space. Outdoor area is amazing, with a pool (the layout of the pool is perfect and it is shaded most of the day). Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds, clean, and stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Not gated but very secure and safe neighborhood. Check in was very easy. Tv had thousands of channels, literally everything you might want to watch. There is a detailed handbook which was very helpful, basically stated everything you want to know about the house. We couldn’t use the bikes but it was way too hot anyway. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

Highly recommend Villa Falls for your next trip to the desert. The house was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Karen was extremely responsive and very accommodating (she even left us fresh lemons and rosemary). We will definitely be back again next year!

Great house!!
This house was a perfect stay for my family and 5 other adults. Everyone complimented on what a great find and stay it was. We were visiting for a short get away and golf. The back yard putting green was a lot of fun. The pool was awesome as well. While 4 of us were golf the others hung out but the pool/hot tub. I would definitely stay here again. Karen was very quick to help accommodate our stay while we were there. I couldn't recommend this house enough.

The perfect place for a getaway with friends!
Myself and 7 of my closest friends had the most wonderful weekend at this property!! When we first saw the listing posted, we loved how spacious the house looked, the pool, grill and putting green. We were so impressed when we arrived as the house was much more spacious than expected! There was more than enough room for 8 adults and the owners have thought of everything a guest would need. The property is also close to a ton of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Look no further, you must book this house!

First of all the communication with the property management was great. Karen was awesome she responded to my inquiries promptly. The house was very nice and my family had a fantastic time in the pool. The house was very confortable and relaxing. Only one thing you can’t have music outside at anytime.

Best home ever!
Villa Falls is the best home we have stayed in. This was our third stay and it was everything we remembered. Super clean, quiet neighborhood, great backyard. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa. The beds and linens are top of the line and super comfortable. Karen knows what she is doing as she communicates quickly and totally prepared the home for our stay. We highly recommend you stay at Villa Falls. We will be back again.

Nice, but disappointing.
Nice, large home, with nice pool and jacuzzi. Pretty tired though (ie: umbrellas were broken and tattered, screen door was broken, pool was filthy even after pool cleaner came twice, and furniture pads were faded and brittle). Would have been a great stay if the owner cared a bit more about the property. Sad that there is a “No Music at anytime” rule, but neighbor’s barking dog (6:00 am DAILY) and daily landscaper chainsaws (all day every day) are OK, I guess. We’ll try an alternate next time.

Overall we had good time. The house was adequate. The ad states 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. In reality there were 2 full baths, 1 half bath and an outdoor shower. Need to read the fine print at the end of the ad. A couple of the amenities listed were not available, corn hole and fire pit.

Great vacation!
Stayed here with our one child along with some friends and their children. It was the perfect place for a group of this size, especially the backyard. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, close to amenities. Host provided a very clear book with how to run everything on the property. She responded very quickly to a hot tub issue (maintenance crew showed up within less than 30 minutes of sending her a note). Pool and hot tub could have used a good clean before we showed up but I think this was moreso due to the wind the week prior rather than lack of maintenance. Overall we had a great vacation here and would stay again!
