"Loved the location, decor, etc. Definitely is a "rehab to rent" upgrade on the house; they could at least take off the stickers from the windows and appliances. There was an issue with the water heater, but the host replied quickly with a solution. All in all was a very nice stay."

Could be a little cleaner, bathroom tile needs scrubbed and there is dirt/grime on some bedroom and hallway walls. Very quiet spot, couldn’t hear anything from other units in the building."

"This was a lovely spacious place to stay in New Orleans. Quiet area but close to public transit and many restaurants. Only downside was that the bed was not super comfortable, but it was on-par with most other places. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and I would consider staying here again!"

"This property is very spacious and clean! We had so much room and space. Jason was very flexible and easy to communicate with, super easy check in and out. The neighborhood made us a little nervous at first, but we had no issues and felt totally safe! Would for sure recommend this place ."

"Good location. It is in an older, but conveniently located NOLA residential neighborhood. The house is a traditional double shotgun style, common in uptown NOLA. It is similar to the houses my wife and I grew up in. It was clean and well furnished. AC, etc all worked well. We had no problem parking all week right in front of the home. The owner lives in an apartment behind the rental and his sister lives on the other side of the double. "

Easy drive, or Lyft to most of the sights and the French quarter. House was spacious and had great air-conditioning. House was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We forgot a personal item and the host' went out of their way to ship it to us. You couldn't be in better hands."
