Staff very friendly, excellent gluten free options particularly the cinnamon cheesecake! and they willingly let us use their big white towels on the beach when we didn't bring our own. Really lovely 2 day visit."

"Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). The Robin Hill Hotel is a lovely building with a cute garden area only a ten minute walk from the town and harbour.
Our family room was a good size with plenty of storage, good en-suite with plenty of towels and toiletries provided.
The staff were welcoming, and friendly, always happy to help and inform us of the local area.
The food was delicious.

"On first arrival the car park had plenty of space with a gentle slope to reception. Rang the bell to check in. All very pleasant. Guys name is John and he is as nice as they come. Checked in a went to room. All very nice again. It’s what you need on a business trip. Tv. Bed. Kettle and shower. Had a beer in the bar, good selection of tap beers. I’d missed the kitchen due to my arrival time but he offered sandwiches, pizza etc out of hours. Enjoyed a few beers in the bar and got my head down....

They ensured we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for the local area. "The Passage House Hotel is in such a beautiful location. Lovely scenery and walks. Easy and quick to drive to shops. The hotel is a little tired and dated but that had no impact on our stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool was a great hit with grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the Passage House Inn which is right next door. Food and drinks looking over the estuary.
