"Over 25 years of summer vacations in Nortn Tahoe, we have absorbed the rising Carnelian Bay rents with dismay. This year we looked a bit further, and found this just-right home by Cedar Flat: nicely stocked, updated enough but not fancy, perfect size for our family, and priced reasonably. Convenient to either TC or KB, even Incline, and in a quiet neighborhood (not a party house, nor near one). Agate Bay Realty very responsive and anticipated most needs."

As noted in a previous review, the home/kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of to cook and serve a quick or gourmet meal. "We had a very nice two week stay in July! This quaint cabin is conveniently located near the Incline golf course & restaurant. We easily coasted down hill on our bikes to play pickle ball & use the gym at the rec center and turned on our electric bike boost to get back up the hill. We enjoyed the East Shore Trail, Sand Harbor, boulder jumping, hiking & more! The cabin's kitchen is new & well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans & utensils.
