"After concluding a conference in San Diego, my husband and I drove up the coast for a few nights in Laguna Beach before returning back to the East Coast. "The property is nice, very clean. The property hosts are really great to work with, communication was easy and check in was a breeze. Derek was my contact and he always responded quickly and even allowed us an early check in. "

"Beautiful property, has everything you need. We all used the large patio for hanging out by and doing some remote work. And there’s another spot upstairs with a great view. The location is amazing, walk to the Montage, Rubys or the shopping Center with CVS, La Sirena Grill etc. Take the trolley into town and don’t worry about parking. Lots of great hikes right outside your door. Bliss!"

Great marketing, Disappointing stay.

"The property has great marketing, but falls short on delivery. The room we booked had pictures of the ocean as if it were ocean front. Instead we got a view of an alleyway and parking lot. The room was dated and musty, contrasting the beautiful rooms that were advertised. My booking also said it had complimentary valet parking, which the front desk did not want to honor and wanted to charge $45 a night for its compulsory service. In the end they agreed to waive it when I showed the evidence. Finally, the listing showed the property had a gym, but when I woke up and got ready for a gym session, the front desk informed me there was not such amenity."
