Absolutely GREAT!
Everything about our stay was fabulous! Ken is a great host and connected with us on every detail to make sure we had a comfortable experience. The condo was impeccably clean well supplied and the beds were super comfortable. Of course the amenities and location were over the top. Love it so much that we have already booked for next year. Thx Ken.

Modern, contemporary, nicely renovated with abundant storage. Especially enjoyed the open kitchen and southwest facing balcony. Very comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated. Landlord very responsive. Location very convenient to shopping and highways.

Impeccable, super beautiful, comfortable condo!
My spouse and I stayed for one month. It was an amazing stay thanks to Kenny ( owner) who does and outstanding job keeping his unit spotless, modern, well decorated and comfortable. Unit is highly equipped with anything you need from kitchen supplies, to cleaning products, sheets, towels, and more. What we liked: 1. Kenny and the unit for sure ! He was so welcoming! We arrived to the condo and Kenny already had the unit ready including a beautiful basket with fruit and other goodies:):) This was such a generous and kind gesture from the owner! 2. Kenny has a super well organized unit and we felt at home from day one! 3. The interior of the unit was nicely decorated, welcoming and spacious! Lots of light , comfortable , clean , modern furniture. 4. The bed was sooo comfortable! Super clean and high quality sheets and cover. 5. Walk-in showers were beautiful and fully stocked bathrooms, with plenty of nice towels. 6. All appliances worked very well, kitchen was spacious and super beautiful. Impressed with the fully stocked kitchen ! 7. Images of the condo are beautiful and we loved the unit even much more after we arrived! 8. Unit is well insulated and very quiet. Balcony had two comfortable lounge chairs. 9. Overall, the unit met and even exceeded our expectations. We are already recommending the unit t9 other friends who are interacted in exploring the community of LW! Ourselves, will not hesitate a sec to rent the unit again! Thank you to owner, Kenny!

Ken’s place was nicely remodeled and comfortable. There were a few small issues but nothing that interfered with our ability to enjoy our stay. One matter that we certainly hope Ken will address is the mattress. Although comfortable, it was soiled and did not have a mattress cover to shield us from the stains. That aside, we would consider staying a Ken’s place in the future.

This was an amazing condo with everything we could have needed and more. The decorating was up to date and eveything felt new and fresh. Our neighbors were quiet and respectful. We stayed here about 3 months and couldn't have been happier. Would love to return on our next visit to CA. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive.

Great Condo
Overall, this is really a great place to stay. The beds were great, and we were very comfy. We had a bit of an issue with the kitchen being clean when we arrived, but Kenny helped us get that resolved right away. We would love to stay here again. Everything you need right there. Thanks

In the day you're treated to a truly modern kitchen and appliances, table set, enormous large screen TV and in the evening relax in comfort of extremely comfortable stearnes and foster mattresses (including a California King). Very responsive landlord. Convenient location from which you have just a .6 mile walk to Club House 4 and direct car access (1 mile) to CLub HOuse 1 and (<3 mile) to CLlub House 3, the Performaing Arts Center. The unit is also on the side of the village closest to Trader Joes and Whole Foods Grocers.

Beautiful Laguna Woods Condo
We spent July and August of this year staying in this lovely condo. Everything was provided for us by the most accommodating owners. Laguna Woods is a great place for active seniors. There is golf, bridge, tennis, pickle ball, etc. as well as this is a central location for all of the wonderful California places to explore. The condo is very attractive with new appliances. The grounds are very pretty and since it is a gated community very safe for late night walking. We highly recommend taking a serious look at staying here for your vacation.
