Absolutely Perfect!
This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to stay! The VRBO was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was stocked with several appliances.We LOVED the fact that it was so close to the ocean. We got to see several sea turtles and whales out in front of the property every day we were there. There were also a couple of beaches near by that we didn't make it to, but they looked gorgeous! I would absolutely stay here again! Perfect location.Both the owner and the property manager were very communicative, and I felt like if I needed anything it would have been very easy to reach them.

Lahaina Stay
I had a fantastic stay at the Condo. I volunteered for the PGA Sentry tournament and needed a place close to Kapula. The Condo had everything you needed and more. You are literally 25 ft from the shore line and you have wonderful views of the surrounding islands . The King size bed was the most comfortable place I have ever slept. The owner was very timely in communicating with me. The shower was a unique touch, as well as the overall decorations/art. I highly recommend it for a single or couple to enjoy a relaxing stay on Maui.

Amazing sunsets!
We really enjoyed our stay!! The sunsets viewed from the lanai were awesome! The bed was very comfortable, nice towels and fully equipped kitchen. We really appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. This place was perfect for our needs.

Anniversary trip!
My second trip and husband’s first trip to Maui. Came to celebrate our anniversary. This property was amazing! Everything was just as described and better. Honestly, the description and pictures don’t do it justice. We had an amazing time and are already planning our next trip!

Beautiful view, great location!
This ocean view property was amazing. We saw sea turtles swimming from our balcony and a beautiful rainbow over Molokai. The location was perfect for a short 5 min drive to amazing snorkeling at Nāpili Bay and Kapalua Bay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards and towels. I highly recommend this property!

Bit dark and crammped
We left after staying only 2 of our 7 paid days. The unit was dark, veranda was almost unusable given how much heat the window style air conditioning unit pumped out into the space. No seating area inside for dinning option. Bath was remodeled but the heated mirror made the room to hot. To much 'clutter' around in an effort to make the unit user friendly. The listing advised that the unit was in a residential complex, and that there was no service or attendant at the pool. Ok, that's fine. What the listing did NOT state was that the pool was on the other side of the road, a bit of a hike from this ocean front unit, and that there was limited, if any, parking available near the pool.

Quiet and secluded - perfect view for sunsets
We rented a week for our 35th anniversary… and had a wonderful week. The beach areas are eroded away - so we drove to other beaches to snorkel. (Hint - go to the Sheraton in Valley your car… Take your stuff and go snorkeling at Black rock right there on the beach… Then when you’re done eat at the cliff diver bar… Get your ticket validated and your valet was free. If you don’t get it validated… It’s 50 bucks. Lunch ran us about 70 each time we did it… We thought that was a fair trade.). Parking was a little quirky… On some days someone would be parked there… Two hours later they’d be gone. We just parked in the guest spot and had our same parking pass. Overall… Very romantic. We really enjoyed the stay… The place is super clean and stocked full of Items… We kept even discovering things in. The mattress and the bed is very comfortable. Small but great little place for a couple in love.

The ocean at your door
This was our first time in Maui and it was excellent. The location is great. Walking distance to a few beach access areas and some restaurants (I am still thinking about the fresh caught sashimi we had from Miso Phat). The unit has air conditioning, but we only turned it on once. It was not very hot during our stay so we opted to open some windows instead to create a cross breeze while we let the ocean waves lull us to sleep. Speaking of sleep, one of the reasons I chose this rental was because of Jim’s description of the mattress. I’ve stayed in enough vacation rentals with terrible mattresses to know how important a good mattress is for me and my husband’s middle aged bodies. We were not disappointed! It was a great mattress. The kitchen is well equipped, as is the rest of the unit. The condo also has some beach equipment you can use. The folding chairs were great, and we brought them to all of the beaches we visited. The view is the star of the show. We had some great sunrises and sunsets and we had a great view of Molokai and Lanai from the lanai. Yes, you’re really that close to the ocean! For anyone wondering about driving to other area from Kahana, it took us about 40 minutes to get to Kihei and about an hour to get to Paia. For anyone considering the Road to Hana, we did a 10-12:30 reservation at Waiʻānapana State Park, left by 7am with only a few very quick stops along the way and made it there by 10:15. (So worth it). We hope to be back!

Excellent Stay
The location & property was perfect for us! We love to adventure so we didn't need a huge fancy place; it was clean, with enough space for us two AND a comfortable bed! We jogged to badass coffee most mornings to drink coffee on the beach. We frequented Miso sushi, the farmers market and Maui brewing which were walking distance. Could not be more pleased with the condo and location; it's close to everything. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the sunset and rainbows in the evening was just what we hoped for. We'll be back!

What an amazing spot to be able to be. Beautifully and tastefully and thoughtfully adorned and provisioned, no better location might there be, with a personal touch of connection and outreach from the owner and property manager. How soon until we are able to come back, we wonder?

Great Location
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this condo as part of our Maui vacation. The location and environment is excellent. The condo was very nice, exactly as advertised, with beautiful ocean views and comfortably furnished. I would recommend this property as a great place for couples.

Great place, literally right on the ocean. The view is amazing and mostly all you hear is just the sounds of the wind and the waves. Very relaxing and the condo itself is very well equipped. We'll be back!

to much nonsense
A handful of issues. Microwave worked, then it didn't. Worked and it didn't. After monkeeing around, found that the outlet behind the frig only half worked. Had to run an extension thru the bath. Light above the sink was burnt out, but replaced by Charles. Nice guy ! Nice computer, but not hooked up to anything. Looking to turn on the TV, but there were 3 remotes. Really ! Got directions on my phone that said " do this and that " if that didn't work, try this. Either is works or it doesn't .How about a universal remote ? Charles took care of this. Great view, bed and pillows. Tenant above was horrible. Felt like they were coming thru the ceiling every step, Assigned parking spot was fine, as long as you liked to have your car covered in bird turd every day.

Awesome Views
This place was perfect for my wife and I. It’s a basic condo with spectacular views. The way the property is designed, no other balconies can look into your balcony and you can’t see others! Only the ocean, rainbows, and Molokai! They have all sorts of cool art, a couple guitars, coolers, and while I didn’t cook much, all the kitchen gadgets you would need. Overall a great rental!

Unbelievable View
The location is amazing. We were right on the beautiful ocean and saw many turtles while just enjoying the lanai. It is a perfect location to enjoy the sunset on the ocean. The location felt safe, secure, and comfortable. Within a short drive we found great places to snorkel with colorful fish and relaxed turtles. The locals were kind and helpful. We respectfully stayed away from Lahaina but all the places we went were grateful for the business. The owner, Jim, has the place comfortably stocked and he provides a lot of useful information on the area. We will stay here again.

Could not have been better
My wife and I took a trip to Maui as the first leg of a much longer trip. I had never been to Hawaii before. Unfortunately, the Lahaina tragedy took place between our booking the trip and the planned date. I cannot sing the praises of Jim, the owner, more. We went back and forth about whether to even go. He gave even and detailed advice about the tenor of the island. what was open and how people feel about tourists. He was spot on and we decided to go. And we are glad we did. The property is great. It is just as it is pictured but actually feels larger. Immaculately clean. Great bathroom and shower. Well equipped kitchen. And then lanai is a great hang-out place. We even saw sea turtles paddling by. With the sliders open you can hear the surf all night long. I love the neighborhood as well. Some hi-rise places, lots of low buildings as well. People walking. Shops nearby. Great coffee. A general store. What more do you need. My wife and I both loved the place and the area. If you want a resort, this is not your place. But if you want a comfortable home for a stay in Maui, this is it.

The property had everything we needed and was exactly as described, We spent many hours out on the lanai watching magnificent sunsets or just staring at the water. It is walking distance to a couple of great restaurants that don't break the bank. Try Coconuts fish tacos! We would definitely stay at this property again!
