We had everything we needed - and then some - at our stay. Comfortable, spacious, exactly as pictured, and just the right amount of 'fancy' for our little family. "Besides the remote needing batteries in the room my children slept in and the showerhead in the basement, everything was nice. No stress.The kids were sad that they couldn’t watch tv. It would’ve been nice if we knew where the AAA batteries were so we could’ve changed it ourselves. We had plenty of space. Rules were simple. Close to Grand River. Would stay again."

"We stayed one night. The place was exactly as listed. Backyard was great, off street parking was nice. House was very clean and beds were comfy. The Neighborhood was quiet. The house is older and small the shower is quite small but lighting is good and there are lots of windows. It’s near most everything. Communications with Bethany was great. We had timely instructions and accessing the place was easy. "

"Great Country getaway that offers room for an extremely large group of all 3 spaces are leased. The Bunk House offered enough room 7+ to sleep comfortably, all bedrooms on the second floor. The main floor includes a large dining room, full kitchen, TV room, bathroom, and a laundry room. All spaces have great views out to the country scenery that includes corn fields, forest, and a pond that is stocked for fun fishing."

"We had 6 adults, aged 22- 53 stay at the house. It was clean and you can tell Germaine put a lot of thought into it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. We really appreciated the nice towels, for the shower as well as the hot tub! Numerous members of the group commented on how awesome the first floor shower was! Only about 10 minutes from MSU! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks again!"
