Super Cute Cabin Getaway!
If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, cozy getaway, this is your place! This cabin is immaculate and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever cookware, utensils, etc... that you may need to cook a meal. The cupboard shelves are labeled so there is no guesswork about where things belong. There are tasteful instructions on how to light the fireplace, use Alexa, etc....Communication with the owner is prompt, polite, and courteous. They even provide an Adventure Pass to put in your car if you want to take some local hikes. The bed is super comfy, and there are two armoires to store your clothes in. The balcony outside the bedroom wraps halfway around the cabin and is perfect for morning coffee and meal times. There are beautiful pine trees that provide dappled light on areas of the deck, and there is a small umbrella for more shade if needed. The cabin is historic and has a cool book about the refurbishment of this old hunter's lodge. Parking is a little tight, as the road has a hairpin turn. We found it easier to go straight up the road, turn around, and come back to the parking spot and park facing towards the main road. You can fit a truck there, but it would be tight. We took our Toyota Camry and there was plenty of room. You can hear traffic on the road below, but it's not bad. If you keep the windows closed at night, you can hardly hear the cars traveling the road. It is a peaceful, cozy cabin and we highly recommend it.

The Perfect Getaway!
This charming and cozy cabin provided the perfect location for our getaway to Arrowhead. It was like sleeping in a tree house. The cabin is meticulously maintained and is a five minute drive to the village. Everything two people need for a relaxing getaway.

The Hershey Cabin was decorated beautifully. It was even better than its photos. We had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing, weekend with nature. Everything went according to plans and it was easy to find, easy to reach other destinations and the most adorable cabin.

Perfect Get Away for Two!
This cabin was updated and well appointed. From the leather future to the hand blown glassware pieces, this cabin was just perfect. Modern meets rustic and is exactly how I would have designed this cabin if it were mine. Everything was very clean and communication was right on target with the owners, who were very kind and accommodating. I will be coming back again for sure!

Historic, Immaculate Property
The Hershey Cabin is a very unique, very beautiful property. It has an interesting history and has been lovingly rehabilitated and restored by its current owners, who have done a first class job. The description of the cabin on its listing is highly accurate. It is perfect for two people and is in a very quiet location minutes from Lake Arrowhead. It has been beautifully decorated by someone who knows what they are doing and is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Cabin was quaint and beautiful. Very nicely furnished. Very comfortable! Streaming TV and internet worked very well. We had a great time exploring the area around Arrowhead Lake and also other nearby lakes. We had a wonderful week!

So relaxed
The cabin is so cozy! Kitchen has everything a guest could need. Paul was a great host. When the guests who stayed there before us notified him that the AC wasn't working. Paul called us to let us know before we arrived. He let us know that he had already called the AC repair guys. When we arrived, they were there working on it. The repairs were quickly taken care of, and it worked perfectly our entire stay. I absolutely loved the view from bed each morning. I didn't want to get out of bed! We loved the labels all over the cabin. So helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cabin was great, quite and peaceful neighborhood. Clean and well kept. My spouse and myself really enjoyed our time we spent together. Lake and stores close by. Over all we really enjoyed and are looking forward to staying again in the future.

My now Husband and I stayed in this cute little cabin on the night of our wedding and throughout the whole weekend and it was so perfect! We had reached out to the owner to see if we could drop our bags off a little earlier than check-in because we wouldn’t be getting to the house until really late at night, and they were very understanding and accommodating. Communication with the owners was absolutely phenomenal and helpful. The house was beautifully renovated, and everything was labeled clearly with instructions. We spent most of the weekend in front of the fireplace, watching Netflix and playing some of the board games they had provided. Our favorite part was the beautiful view from the bedroom. It’s like sleeping in the treetops! We can’t wait to stay here again for our anniversary.

Lovely and functional
The cabin was lovely and had everything you could need. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious. I was surprised that Lake Arrowhead is so crowded with houses. They are on small lots and seemed on top of each other. So it wasn’t the wilderness experience I was expecting. Also not very tourist friendly as only homeowners are allowed to use the lake.

I have found this wonderful the Historic Hershey Cabin when I was searching for a place for myself for retreat. I enjoyed every minute of my stay in this special cabin. First of all, this unique cabin is the best for a single traveler or for a couple who look for a romantic getaway or just a retreat in the forest. The owner Paul and his wife literally thought every details you might need during your stay. Everything was 10 out of ten for me. I will definitely will stay in this place. Thank you Paul for creating and sharing this amazing place with us.

Fun in the Mountains
It was very relaxing. It was so quiet. It was a quiet time in Lake Arrowhead also. We felt so at ease, and you can enjoy the moment with nature. We went out on the porch and took in the cool sunshine and the smell of the pine trees. We played a couple of games and listened to music. Everyone should do this.

25th Anniversary
Loved the cabin. Spent most of weekend hanging out and playing games around the fireplace. Very cozy cabin. Perfect size for a couple. Close to everything. Was a chilly weekend in Arrowhead, but the cabin was very warm. Loved the heated mattress. Will be back.
