"We have come here 3years in a row and are never disappointed! This is a great property that is clean, has lots of beds, and a well stocked kitchen. We come for hunting so we are out in the woods a lot which is so peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is homey and a nice place to spend time! "

"We go up to northern Michigan every year to go ride the motorcycle trails. Uncle Don's cabin is definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed at. Tons of room, everything you need and right down the road from the trailhead. We would definitely recommend!"

"If you want to unplug and have a secluded location, this is definitely the cabin you need. I had requested central air but found out too late that there is only a window AC unit in the dining area. But the nights were fairly cool and with the fan I brought I was very comfortable. Mattresses, furniture and carpet were all old but we didn’t spend a lot of time at the cabin so we only used it a little. But being a pet friendly cabin, I didn’t expect it to be newly renovated."

"Wonderful getaway. Don’t hesitate booking this place. This is a slice of heaven on Higgins Lake. We had a wonderful time. All you need is your suitcase they take of everything else. Truly a home away from home. House is immaculate and cozy. Host is top notch and quickly responds to any questions. We will definitely book again. "

"We enjoyed our stay; the house was clean. It was very cute. We came up on our Harley's to see the fall colors it was a little rural, but we still enjoyed our time. My only suggestion would be to clean up the landscaping other than that we would stay again."
