"The property itself was just as cozy as listed but the photos, which showed such beautiful settings did not give justice to just how amazing the scenery really was. Absolutely stunning and peaceful location. Rosie and Joe were incredible with their communication and were right on top of a minor issue that occurred with the kitchen sink. All rentals should be this perfect !!!! Thanks again for the carrot cake and sticky buns Joe.. You're the best !!!!"

"I booked this place to have a short peaceful getaway while having an important business meeting. The house is beautiful and clean, the check in process was simple and Chris was fantastic with providing information about not only the property, but also things to do in the surrounding area. "Our boys fished the entire day and night away catching and releasing! There was plenty of outddoor space for a family get together. We had great host that answered any question we had. The house is exactlly as shown in pictures. The "cozy sleeping area" is just as much a bedroom as the others. We visit p.a often as i have family there! We have found our new everytime stay! With this home!"

"The property was great. The dirt roads to get in had a few potholes and dips, but overall fine. There were no instructions for the tv or the a/c unit. "We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. "Our good friends daughter was getting married at the Fern Hall Estate and we did not like the hotel options provided. We couldn’t have had a better weekend. "Great first impression and comfortable house. The river where house was located was a bit of backwater-not the most scenic view of River and not the best fishing section. The sliding glass door did not slide well and was hard to open/shut especially for the kids, and thus got left open sometimes. All in all, a pleasant well-stocked place to stay."
