"The hotel was good, the bedrooms fine, but we had such a bad luck, that our neighboor got drunk and start a party. Terrible night. "

"Room was very modern inside. Nice hot shower water, quiet, easy in and out. All that is needed is better doors and windows to keep cool air out. Carpeting floors would be helpful for the chilly spots too. The beds, linens, room finishes were nice. I would also recommend cleaning the filters on the heating units. Would only take a couple of minutes per unit. "

"The staff was the best: so nice and helpful. Best relation between quality and price. The rooms are big, clean, with fridge, caffee and microwave. Placed near restaurants and place for live concerts (Valley Tavern). It has a complementary breakfast which is also nice (yogurt, caffee, tea, sweet things, juice). I'll definitely repeat if I'll come back to the south part of the Smoky Mountains and Appalachian reserve."

"When we first got there the ladies in the office instantly started picking on my husband about feeding him to a bear! We absolutely loved it! They were so sweet and showed so much southern kindness to us! The rooms were clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, the view over looking the mountains was breathtaking! We came down for mini nats in Maggie valley! The only negative I would say is there is no room for trailer parking at all. We made it work and the ladies in the office were a great...
