Comfortable & Convenient

This apartment was very cozy & comfortable, and an easy 20 minute drive into Houghton. Quiet retreat even though on the main street. Property managers gave thorough information for check-in & check-out procedures.

Great base for stay in Keewanaw

Was great. No complaints. Great base for exploring Keewanaw, Calumet, Lake Superior. 15-20 minutes to Houghton, 5 minutes to Calumet, 20 minutes to Rabbit Bay (Lake Superior), 10 minutes or so to Quincy Mine tour. Lots of space, simply but tastefully decorated.

Easy & Convenient

The apartment is large and roomy with tall ceilings, on a quiet street for parking. The windows overlook the Main Street through town, but it’s not super loud. It was easy to get to and central to everything we did. We enjoyed our stay!

Lake Linden Central

This property is located above the hardware store which was a benefit to me since I was here working. It is also within blocks of a grocery store, gas station and restaurant. It has 4 bedrooms and can house a lot of guests and was less expensive than any hotel/motel in the area. It has a full kitchen and nice big screen Smart TV in the living room which allowed me to link my streaming service during stay.

snowy spring break

Loved our visit to Lake Linden! 45-50 minute drive to Bohemia was scenic and beautiful but I'm glad we had our truck. The apartment was modern and spacious and we couldn't have asked for more!

Great space

Great space! Beds were firm but very comfortable. Living space was perfect for a small group. TV was huge! Kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, utensils, pots, cooking sheets and bowls. We’d stay there again.

Visiting Our MTU Freshman

We had comfy beds, a place to watch movies and play board games, and a kitchen. Great with our dogs, lots of cross country ski trails, and way better family time than a hotel room. Thanks!

Huge apartment in great location

This apartment checked all of the boxes for us. Big, comfortable, good location, good price. Lake Linden has a lot to offer and is close to Houghton and Calumet an not far to the rest of the Kewanaw. The park across the street is huge with lots of room, playgrounds, paths for walking or biking. There are groceries, restaurants, a gas station and bank all in town. I even needed to use the hardware store downstairs for bike repair. We would definately stay here again. The only downside is the road noise from M-26. It was annoying with the occasional loud truck, but not terrible.

Daughters wedding stay.

We stayed at this location for our daughter's wedding. Everything was very clean, our hosts were very easy to communicate with. They were very willing to help offer any suggestions. It was well equipped with everything you would need. There was a Pizza pub about a block away where we were able to watch football Sunday and it was very reasonably priced. If you're looking for a location with easy access to all fall colors this is a great place to stay.

Great place to stay in UP!

My wife and I stayed here with our dog. It was bigger than what we needed, but it was great to have the extra space! The king size bed was amazing and we loved the park just down the road for walks with the doggo. There are a few stairs but not a crazy amount. Also there was no A/C, but the windows offered a great breeze off the water and it was not uncomfortable in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Great central location for traversing the Keweenaw Peninsula!

Our family stayed here for a long weekend while exploring this part of the state. The beds were comfortable, the place is nice and clean, and it is right across from the city park and beach. Restaurants, convenience store, and grocery store were all nearby. Communication with the hosts was excellent! They also provided plenty of necessities, towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. I have stayed at rentals before where they only give you one roll of toilet paper, not the case here. This is a second story apartment, so if you have issues using stairs this might not be for you. It is on the front, corner of the building. There is no air conditioning which usually isn’t an issue up here, but it was extremely hot and uncomfortable during our stay. The nights just couldn’t cool down the interior. There is some loud traffic going through town during the night as well. Would I stay here again? Yes!
