Friends Weekend
Enjoyed our short weekend stay in this house. It's quite the labyrinth of stairs and hallways, but made for a great time. Very nice kitchen to cook in and lovely rooms and outdoor spaces for hanging out. The five of us were quite comfortable.

Well located great stay
Great place to stay on the South East Side of the lake! We had 10 people and although it says only sleeps 8 with the bed set ups there are several pull out couches that can be used. I know there were a lot of reviews saying they got noise complaints. We had 10 mid 20s people staying and we just introduced ourselves to the surrounding neighbors and let them know if we get too loud just to come let us know.the neighbors were great and very pleasant. We never got any complaints.

It is a beautiful home! The reviews about how many steps are in the house are absolutely true. Plenty of space on all 3 levels to host our party of 10.

Tahoe Retreat
Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues. Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!

Stay was great, lots of stairs so make sure everyone in your party can handle them. We loved the location because it was away from the crowds. Pulling in and out on hwy 50 was a little sketchy.

Great place. Fun game room with pool table. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub and plenty of bathrooms. Need to bring own soap/shampoo. Super market within a mile on main road-close to S Lake Tahoe if you like that. Multi-levels, so if steps are a problem, not your place, but no problem for us.

Prepare for stairs!
Luckily everybody in our group is young and fit because, while this is a beautiful house and a convenient location, you will constantly find yourself going up and down stairs. It was almost comical, and it became a joke within our group, but you literally have to climb stairs to get to light switches in the living room or just going between the kitchen and the living room, so please just make sure you’re prepared for that. While the house was generally quite clean (linens, towels, kitchen, etc), my group did find a dirty sock in the billiards area and that sort of made us wonder how thoroughly the rest of the house had actually been cleaned. The property management here was great; we couldn’t operate the living room fireplace, and they came out to resolve the issue within 15 minutes all with a friendly attitude. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but I’d have to make sure everybody in the group is prepared for some cardio.

La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy grande la verdad que disfrutamos mucho . Solo que no hay azador y el colchón de las camas es muy muy suave y suenan mucho hace falta ajustarlas . Pero no n general muy bien .

Great house & location but the neighbors are no joke
The house is in a great location and the views of the sky at night were insane but the reviews about the neighbors are not lying. The minute it turned “quiet hours” the cops were called on us. The police man who came out to the property said he couldn’t even hear us until he came around the back of the house. It also sounded like it was a known issue in the area with these neighbors. Probably Wouldn’t stay again for that reason alone unless we were coming with a quiet group. Also be prepared for multiple flights of stairs, but wasn’t an issue for our group.

Multi family trip
We had 2 families with many tweens and it was a perfect home with lots of space and rooms to accommodate. The deck is a beautiful place to see the night sky. The lake is beautiful and it was close to Zephyr Beach and not too far from Sand Harbor. Just make sure to take note of the many, many steps. They were the center of our conversations at dinner 😊

We enjoyed our stay overall
The location of the property is beautiful! There were way more stairs in the house than we thought there would be. With two toddlers, that was challenging. Also couldn't get most of the tv's to work, even when following the instructions left at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice because we cooked and ate several meals at home. The hot tub was amazing.

Was charged full price for an extra night, although were snowed in
We had to stay an extra night b/c we were snowed in due to the 1.5 foot of snow that fell yet were charged full price for that extra night (event thou the house was not already booked). Would be thoughful and empathetic if we had a little discount on that extra's night charge.

Great Stay!
The house was surprisingly large with many stairs and decks leading out of various rooms. We could comfortably fit everyone, the house was very clean, and the hot tub was warm and working when we arrived. There were a few minor issues but they didn't bother us too much and were shared with management. Would have been great to have the heat more adjustable, it was slightly cold at times. The kitchen was well stocked, which was convenient for cooking, and the game room was a bonus we made good use of. When it snows there aren't shovels, so be prepared to seek help!

Great time
The house is big with a lot of rooms for everyone. It has a unique set up with a lot of stairs. We had great time. Pool table was the hit. It’s close to everything. It had some flaws, but hey who cares we had great staying in. The temperature was kinda set up on 69 which is cold for Tahoe winter. we couldn’t bring it up. Wi-Fi and Tv didn’t work. The jacuzzi wasn’t ready when we arrived. We turned it on ourselves, it got ready the next morning. Other than that our stay was great.

Close to everything
It was a great location, close to main south LT. Lots of cobwebs and floors were not clean. Hot tub not working and was not notified of that (per communication book it has been broke a while). House is very cool and spacious. Loved the pool/game room. There are lots of stairs so be ready to walk a lot. Overall enjoyed our stay but really disappointed about hot tub not working.

We received multiple noise complaints during dinner time and pretty much had to whisper throughout the trip and still received noise complaints. The house is fully equipped but…….. Disgustingly dirty! Leftover trash from previous renters and dust everywhere. Will never stay here again.
