Book your stay NOW!!!
This was our favorite vacation rental by far!!! Besides the STUNNING waterfall, the condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. You can easily cook a gourmet meal with all the various gadgets and latest appliances. We arrived on a chilly, rainy evening and appreciated having firewood already there. The unit is spacious and furniture is very comfortable. Location is great, especially if you are looking for great waterfall hiking trails, like we were. The owner is very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book this condo again!

Awesome!!
The property all the way around was amazing. We happened to choose a weekend that was soggy at best, but this property made a rainy weekend superb. Great views, long naps, lots of reading etc. Hope to return soon!

A Christmas get away.
We enjoyed your place it felt like home; The view was beautiful, and the waterfall was awesome. We saw an eagle soar above the falls which was great too. Lying in bed and listen to the sound of the falls was really relaxing and that is why we went; we were not disappointed. Thanks

Waterfalls
The unit was beautiful, relaxing, and spacious! There are many hikes to waterfalls around. This was the reason to come. I needed to get away after losing my dad. The only thing was business in the areas around highlands, Cashiers, and Lake Toxaway need to update their times they are open. This was the only problem we had finding restaurants or shopping that we could go to. Not sure if things change during off seasonally time? This is just because I didn’t want to cook or clean. Was trying to relax and not have to do anything but enjoy the waterfalls! But love the little mountain town! ,

Beautiful Waterfalls
Thank you for sharing your condo, it felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. And it was perfectly decorated for fall! Listening to the waterfalls as you fall asleep was quite restful. The communication was excellent, very quick with the responses. Just sorry our visit was cut short by weather but we will hopefully be back!

Great Condo
This is a beautiful condo right by Toxaway Falls. My girlfriend and I stayed here while visiting some family at Mountain Falls. This is walking distance to the Mexican restaurant which is great! We would absolutely stay here again!

Cute comfortable condo - highly recommend!
Jason's condo is clean & nicely decorated. The listing was accurate & we had everything we needed to relax for a few days & make day trips to several nearby towns. The mexican restaurant up the hill is excellent & we enjoyed other restaurants in Highlands & Cashiers.

Excellent location and the view was worth it! The condo is very dated and could use a remodel but it’s certainly very functional as is. If updated, the owner would have an opportunity to charge a lot more since the location is superb! Jason was extremely responsive.

Our Stay
The unit was well stocked and fully functional as advertised. The pre-existing broken door lock to the back deck was not viewed as being a problem because of the height of the unit. The always present sight and sounds of the cascading waters were a constant joy. The third story location of the unit was an unexpected challenge for these octogenarian renters.
