Great host lovely property
We had the best time staying at this property. The host is so good nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Chris for a great stay.The property is really roomy with off street parking. There is every kitchen appliance you need to ensure a great time. Bed is comfy and huge couch and flat screen Tv if you want to stay in.. lovely garden with lots of seating to enjoy coffee in the morning or anytime. I fully recommend this great property with a great host. Lots to do in the area the beach and bars and restaurants in walking distance

Great Stay and Great Value
My family recently stayed at Chris’s property and enjoyed our time. There was plenty of space including sleeping areas for our 3 young kids. There was plenty to do on the property and we were super close to the beach. The check in and out process was seamless. Overall, we had a great stay!

Charming and comfortable
My partner and I had a lovely stay at this charming cottage. The living room and dining room were spacious and nicely decorated aand the bed in the master bedroom also was comfortable (didn't use the second bedroom). Chris, the host was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway
This was a cute place to stay for our weekend getaway. Although the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the fan and air vent in bathroom was dirty. The first night we couldn’t get the hot water to work, due to a pilot light that was triggered by a storm the day before we arrived. The backyard is also a common area, so if you are one that likes your privacy, this place is not for you.

1930 Revisited
The house was vintage 1930 and in a nice neighborhood. Beautiful old fixtures in great condition. The bedrooms had great fans and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The yard is great to. You could spend all your time just at the house! Hope to return.

Good location, minutes to everything we were doing. Very clean and comfortable. The kids loved it and want to stay there when we go back. Great restaurants with in few minute drive. Good coffee place around the corner, one minute walk. All around great stay

It was awesome!
It's a good house with a good location. You can easily get to the ocean and local parks. There are bicycles and kayaks that you can use. And the owner is a nice guy who helped us with all that we need. I would definitely go again.

35th Anniversary Vacation
My husband and I have been using VRBO for 5 years and this has been our best stay ever. The home is clean and it has an excellent yard to relax and enjoy the sun. The intercoastal waterway is only a two block walk where there is a beautiful park to enjoy. The beach is just a 5 minute drive. Chris is friendly and makes you feel totally welcome. We will definitely stay again only next time longer!

Great value! Cute cottage.
Clean, convenient cottage with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Off street parking is nice too. Chris is a great host. He was very courteous, prompt and helpful. The location is very convenient to I-95 and the water.

Comfortable Stay at a Reasonable Price
We thoroughly enjoyed our one night get away at this comfortable property. The owner was great about prompt communication and made our stay very enjoyable There were a few kitchen items that could be stocked to make a tiny improvement in our meal preparations and service (serving and cooking spoons, more kitchen towels and hot pads, cookie sheet). I would highly recommend this place. Thanks, Chris!
