The home is nicely decorated and clean but due to many issues, I would not stay here again. Home is on a busy road and has a narrow driveway. Master shower does not heat up, so we could not use it. Master bedroom has no fan cord to turn fan on. No drain plugs on any sink or the tub. The can opener was broken. I asked for another and they delivered one.The biggest negative was the roaches. I contacted the owner who said it was just sprayed. Maybe they should have have waited a few more days before renting.Please add room darkening curtains, this would greatly increase sleep quality.

Unsafe, Unsanitary – Bugs and No Accountability!

This property was uninhabitable. Upon arrival, we were hit with strong chemical/fumigation odors and discovered bed bugs, cockroaches, and other pests in multiple areas, including more than one bed. We never brought our luggage inside and had to urgently find other accommodations the same night.The host initially acknowledged the issue and said he would issue a refund. However, he later disabled communication through the app, making it impossible to follow up. Guests deserve honesty and safe, sanitary conditions, this was neither. Beware before booking.

Well priced, cute home

Beautifully decorated and the perfect size for the grandparents that came to attend a family wedding. Two downsides were the busy road it sits on in an ok area, and the backyard which had an old chipped, up concrete slab taking away from the overall feel of the property. The hosts were extremely quick to respond which was a real plus and very much appreciated. I would definitely stay in one of their properties again.

Comfortable with great location

The property was as described online. Many extra amenities that are not normally included with VRBO. (Shampoo, soap, tv options, extra spices in the kitchen. Very well-equipped kitchen. Very spacious. Amazing location, close to RP funding and Florida Southern. Communication from owner was good. Would definitely stay again.

Great little cottage

We stayed while in town for a dance competition. This house was just perfect for our 5-person party. Really nice location, comfortable beds and living areas.

Close to RP funding center and plenty of dining space. A few issues regarding maintenance but the owner addressed it right away and was extremely responsive.

Nice interior

This property had renovations done, which were very nice. However, the backyard was not pleasant to look at and the patio was very very dirty. The table and chairs were also extremely dirty and had been knocked over when we arrived. The two couches had very worn cushions. Other than the backyard and the couches the house was very comfortable and welcoming. The “music” theme was adorable So, if you don’t need to use the outdoor table and chairs, it would be a great rental. Again, I would recommend new couches. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

Easy access to all things Lakeland!

Cozy and clean, with comfy beds and a nice layout. Big kitchen to work in, with light, bright dining and TV rooms. Loved the music theme, and the huge screen TV with tons of viewing options was great! We had some light sleepers in our group, so the street noise wasn’t the best for that, but all else was great. The owner was very easy to work with — we’ll definitely rent from him again in one of his Lakeland rentals!

House was filthy when we arrived.

Owner did arrange for another property a block away. Also not cleaned. He did send housekeeper that night so overall we had a good stay.

Excellent comfortable property will stay again

The home was amazing, probably the cleanest property we have rented and that’s super important to us. The beds were so comfy, and it’s prob the best I’ve ever slept while on a vacation. The property owner always got back to us immediately and when they did the communication was awesome, like talking to a new friend, so helpful and nice. We are moving to the area and the owner was so helpful w all kinds of details and said to contact them anytime if we hv any questions about moving or about the area, we thought that was really awesome! Would definately recommend this property and this owner and will stay there again if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Great Location and Super Clean…but noisy.

This house is adorable, super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the central location to Lakeland and Lake Hollingsworth. Great neighborhood to walk around and get some exercise. The beds are very comfortable. The only negative was the street noise. I read all the reviews before booking and none mentioned it. Perhaps I’m a light sleeper but everyone staying made a comment about it. The front room facing the street was by far the worst - it also has the street lights to deal with which made it difficult to sleep if you need it dark. That is my only complaint. Otherwise it was a great stay. The landlord was very understanding since we had to come back for a item that was left behind after checkout.
