"The rooms at the Rainbow Lodge are undergoing a significant upgrade. As we arrived, they were just re-hanging the door to our bathroom. Charles, the manager, does a great job of managing the work, and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. "This was in a really great location. Close to stores & the lake. The place was perfect inside but needed blinds in the living & dining areas. Pool was beautiful but so cold we couldn’t swim. "The property is very nice and roomy. Wonderful views from the living room/kitchen/ and master bedroom. The dock is also very nice and long - we really enjoyed getting together in the morning and for the sunset. The TV room had a couch that had a broken cushion. We stuffed a pillow in there and made it work, but the couch should be replaced. "Once we arrived, we understood why Martine recommended not using the driveway, it’s steep. The home has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The deck was nice for enjoying lake views, and having a dock was a bonus. One thing that would be nice is having access to an outdoor electrical plug to recharge our electric vehicle. Overall nice comfortable stay."
